B12 AI Website Builder レビュー

SCAMMERS motivate you with a trial period, but cancelling your subscription only via email and a ten-day upfront subscription renewal is tough. I cancelled everything on time, and they confirmed that my account was deactivated, but the next month, they STILL my money and don’t reply to my emails anymore

What a great sustain !
I know nothing about coding and as I was aiming at creating my website , I have the chance to be directed to B12. I am amazed by the professionalism of thus website. Today , as the CEO of my company, my dream came true thanks top this incredible team! Thanks B12 !

I am pleased with b12 as I have been able to get my business back online and I love how easy it is to navigate as well as help from ai.
I sell services and the templates are easy to get to and I can get help or edit them myself. If you have a business I recommend using b12 to get a website up and running.

We built our website using b12.io, and the experience has been exceptional. The platform's intuitive design and powerful tools made the entire process seamless and efficient. From the initial setup to the final launch, b12.io provided us with all the resources and support needed to create a professional and highly functional website. Their customer service team was always responsive and helpful, ensuring we met our project deadlines without any issues. We highly recommend b12.io for anyone looking to build a top-notch website with ease.

Do not try to create a website with them. Charged thousands of dollars to create the website and I then decided to try the SEO service at $99 monthly. I've been stuck paying the $99 SEO service fee for more than 3 years now and they threaten to cancel the website if I stop payment. I paid thousands to set up the website because I was told there will be no ongoing subscription fee. Despite paying them thousands of dollars to design the website, I'm stuck, can not move the website elsewhere and can't cancel SEO service. Stuck with paying them inevitably. They will bleed you dry!

Experiencia de usuario gratificante, senciller de uso, mágicos resultados

We had an excellent experience with the B12 team. From our first information phone calls through the design phase, we found each person we worked with to be responsive and attentive to important details. We'd like to single out Clay Utley, Steve Liss, Chelsea Robinson and Carolyn Smiga for their excellent work. We were particularly impressed with the work of Chelsea and the design team and Carolyn's expertise in providing ongoing support.. They truly pay attention to every detail.

B12 is an efficient, excellent, easy to to understand platform. One can create a website without technical experience..I would highly recommend it.

Tech Stack Solutions

Maddy and the team made it so easy to collaborate over important changes to our website. I needed to add sections for a book launch and they suggested great ideas with the graphics and content. Well done and quick as well.

Five star for sure to the B12 team. From Salesman Dan to project manager Chelsea, you guys have done an excellent job on building our new website in short period of time. Chelsea is very nice and easy to work with, responsive, professional and helpful, such pleasant experience. Now our website is up and running with beautiful and professional looking.
Thanks, B12 team.

I tried B12 after seeing another website they created. I own a small accounting/tax business and wanted a professional-looking website. I am 100% satisfied with the website they created for me. I worked with Michael - the customer service I received was awesome! I would definitely recommend B12.

Thrive Acupuncture
B12 was very help and made building my website very easy and efficient! I love the user friendly dashboard they have, it's easy to make edits when necessary.

I will be writing two reviews. This is the higher of the two. I don't want to bring down B12's 4.2 average too much. I'm attempting to take my site elsewhere. I am not knowledgeable at all. So far, I've been told 3 different things. 1st sales (the site will be 100% movable - when I purchased the site); 2nd tech support when I inquired about moving the site (you will lose almost everything but the narrative); and, 3rd chat, today as I start to move the site (here is what you do to move the site.) We shall see how this turns out. Why am I moving? I'm moving because the maintenance cost, for me, is too high. The best B12 can offer is $99. My move is going to get me a rate of $19.99. I would have stayed with B12 for $49.99. That said, you can see from the above that at this point I'm not a happy camper.

A Great Company! The Best sites and team!

I have had nothing but satisfactory professional experiences with B12 - from starting with the sales process with Dan to working with others like Jay on the team for SEO and more! Highly recommended fit for many small businesses online needs.

Took money
Didn't deliver finished site as agreed
Charged credit card without knowledge or permission
Terrible staff
Based business antics

Dan and his team are a dream to work with . We have done two web sites with B12 and would recommend them if you are looking for a new web site. Ease of use and quick turn around.

This has been a wonderful experience from the start to present moment. I didn't know much about web designing, but working with B12 (Dan and Samantha) made it easy. I love my website and I look forward to my continued collaboration with the B12 team!

My first website with B12 was everything that I needed! The customer service is impeccable. Not only did they assist me with the build out but they also educated me and gave me tools that promoted my independence.

Im an independent artist and wanted a website to feature my comprehensive body of work. Got in touch with the folks at B12 and they set me right up!!! Im thrilled with the outcome and couldnt be happier with the help that Dan Mule and his colleagues gave me throughout the process. Would definitely recommend!
