I would highly recommend using this company! This is our second time using the hire buggies for our holidays.
It is easy to search and hire. They deliver within the timeframe as promised and the prepaid postage makes it so easy to send back. What a great business for families!!

Customer service was outstanding.

I am a first time grannie and wanted to buy a back carrier for my grandson and came across the Baboodle page. Such a great idea!! I ordered the carrier within days of a weekend away and received the package on time. Well packaged and I good order. Like new. Why would you go to the expense of buying an expensive item that is not needed for a long time use. I am now considering a bike carrier. Highly recommended.

We hired a pram for two months. The object was in excellent conditions and it arrived on time. The return process was smooth and effective. I contacted the support team a couple of times, and I received prompt, corteous and to the point answers. I would recommend Baboodle without a doubt. Great company!

Baboodle is the best thing to happen to parents with clutterphobia. And if you want luxury without incurring so much cost. Highly recommend them.

Such a simple process and great value for money. We didn’t want to buy a whole new pram for going on holiday so we rented one for two weeks. I had some concerns around how the return process would go but it honestly couldn’t have been easier. I have recommended Baboodle to every mum friend I know!

I rented a running pram for a couple of months, couldn't have been easier! It was clean and easy to put together, I kept the original packaging, so returning was super easy as well, just had to request a return and book it through parcel force (Baboodle had detailed instructions and links), incredibly easy experience!

Hiring a snoo from them currently.
They’ve been a really refreshingly good company to deal with.
Respond quickly to emails and an actual human gets back to you.
My product had a mechanical issue and they organised a replacement really quickly and offered a refund as an alternative. Also allowed me to return the faulty one at a time that works for us so we wouldn’t be without a cot. Will definitely use them again if we need to hire any baby kit for holidays or things like that. Also a great sustainable business model. 👍🏻

Baboodle was amazing. We hired a Bugaboo Donkey Duo for 8 months. The process was super smooth and SO easy. Drop off and collection was very easy to arrange and all went ahead with no issues, even when I changed one of the sides of the pram from bassinet to seat. I would definitely use again and have recommended to friends.

We travelled with our twin 18 month old daughters to London, from Sydney, and organised two cots plus two trikes. Easy booking process, great customer support, good communication and no question was too difficult to answer. Will use again, and would recommend.

I would not recommend Baboodle.

I rented a Spectra breast pump, and it arrived dirty, in a battered, dishevelled box. Not exactly the reassuring experience you want when you’re relying on equipment for a newborn.

My plan had been to rent it for six months, but following a traumatic birth I was unable to continue breastfeeding. It was an incredibly emotional and difficult time, so I returned the pump early.

Instead of any understanding or compassion, I received emails threatening debt collection unless I paid an enhanced rental fee because I hadn’t kept the pump for the minimum period. While I understand this is their policy, and I have paid the fee, the complete lack of empathy towards a new mum going through such a difficult experience left a very bad impression.

I already had reservations about renting baby equipment rather than buying it outright, and this experience completely confirmed those concerns. Between the poor condition of the pump on arrival and the way I was treated afterwards, I wouldn’t use Baboodle again and wouldn’t recommend them to other parents.

Efficient, great customer service and so easy to book/return. Have already recommended to lots of people and will 1000% be using Baboodle again!
