Great service, great choice of pushchairs for a great price - we hired 2x joolz aer for our holiday so we didn’t have to take our bugaboo donkey, great delivery, pushchairs clean and also come with the hold bag. Definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking to hire a pushchair for holiday, also wish we hired our donkey on a rental service as paid a lot of money and the older one now would rather walk !!

We hired a Joolz Aer 2 travel buggy and had a really good experience, easy to order, delivered on time and easy to return! However they don't prepare you for how much you'll miss the item once you've sent it back 😆

I’m really enjoying using baboodle, it’s good for the environment and really helps to save space on those big items that only last for a short period of time when you have a baby. Customer service is really good and very responsive. Thankyou!

I currently rent three things off Baboodle. They came so so quickly, the customer service was fast and the products themselves were in amazing condition and are so fab. I literally recommend them to everybody who has a baby (while this one is my third baby - it’s been amazing renting the things I bought and sold within months last time!)

I rented a pram for 10 days for a holiday. The price was very reasonable and there was very clear instructions sent in advance of sending the pram back. I emailed Baboodle on a couple of occasions to clarify details and the response was always quick and clear.

Highly recommend Baboodle! The baby equipment we rented was high quality and beautifully clean. What really stood out was their customer service—they are incredibly friendly, quick to reply, and made the return process completely stress-free even when I ran into a minor issue with the courier. Will definitely use them again!

I rented a bugaboo donkey pram for over a year. The process was seamless. I placed an order and within a week i received my order, it was in great condition, I was very impressed. Bugaboo donkey is quite expensive so it was very nice being able to experience such a premium item for a limited time. I was so happy with the pram, i ended up using it for longer than expected. I obviously didnt want to continue renting an item for too long as the costs add up but my experience with renting was very good! Baboodle are prompt at responding to queries via email. I requested to return the pram and the process was so easy. Collection was booked via parcelforce/royal mail (there were some minor hiccups with royal mail), item was collected and then return was processed by baboodle. I highly recommend this company, they have exceeded my expectations and I will definitely consider using this company again. Baby items are so short lived so this is a great way to rent items you love and return once baby grows out of it/fed up with it.

We rented a Babyzen Yoyo with a bassinet for our first holiday with our baby and the pram came in perfect condition and on time. The communication with the team was great and sending back the pram was very straightforward. Would definitely recommend!

Really straightforward and easy process. Second and last baby and so didn’t want to outlay cost wise for items that wouldn’t be used again in the future so great from a sustainability perspective. Wish I knew about this with our first!

Item arrived looking brand new, gave us the perfect opportunity to try the item (and convince my husband that we needed it). There was a slight issue with returning the item but this was due to Royal mail and a cancelled flight not Baboodle but they were very accommodating and I would definitely recommend.
