I think this is the third or fourth time we’ve used Baboodle - we just absolutely love the convenience of it! The whole process from ordering and delivery to returning is so straightforward and easy to do, I couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Great options and availability for a selection of products. Every summer we rent a travel pram and it’s the best decision. Everyone in the airport always ends up asking me if I have 2 prams and I tell them about your company and how renting it for holidays are the way to go!

I rented a carrier and a pram for my holiday with my partner and little one, this made it so easy! Didn’t have to worry about where to store the gear afterwards or the price of purchasing it outright, honestly so happy there’s a business like this out there.

Excellent service, I wish we found this company sooner. Used an alternative company last summer and had lots of issues; this was so straightforward and easy to use, we’ll definitely be using them again!

Baboodle was extremely useful and efficient. Each time I had a query, they were very professional and quick and getting back to me. They could not have been more helpful!

Didn't end up needing product I rented, customer service term were great and I returned early for a partial refund.

ANOTHER UPDATE:
The pram arrived ahead of my trip and now on holiday with it, with everything having gone smoothly. It was actually brand new! I appreciate the team following it up and making sure it arrived on time!

UPDATE:
I received a call from Baboodle this morning. They had seen my review and we had a conversation about what happened yesterday.

The crux of the discussion was that Baboodle maintain they had responded to my emails and sent tracking information that the pram would be delivered today, but for whatever reason, I did not receive those emails or the tracking information. I have since shared screenshots of the emails I sent, and Baboodle shared copies of the emails they say were sent to me. It appears there was a breakdown in communication somewhere, although I remain disappointed that I was essentially left in the lurch and ghosted, particularly given that I received all communications and tracking information relating to the first box delivering the pram accessories.

After a bit of a back and forth, I won’t go into the details, I agreed to update my review to reflect the conversation we have now had.

Baboodle have now confirmed that the pram will be delivered today, which is what they had told me in the emails they say they sent yesterday but I did not receive.

I will update this review again if it arrives.

I appreciate the to call this morning, this is what should have happened yesterday. It shouldn’t have taken a review to get to this stage. While I also appreciate they’re a small business, the level of stress when issues cannot be resolved and there’s no way of communicating to resolve them was way too high. I think it is only fair that I reflect that in my review.

I almost never leave reviews, but my experience with Baboodle has been so awful that I feel I have to.

I have genuinely been left traumatised by this experience. What should have been a straightforward order for a pram has turned into an incredibly stressful situation, culminating in a panic attack, with Baboodle leaving me without the main item I ordered and with virtually no time to arrange an alternative.

My order was due to arrive ahead of a trip at 6.30am on 20 August. On 18 August, the other accessories arrived but the actual pram was missing. DPD confirmed they had only received one small box that weighed 11kg and had not received the pram.

I immediately contacted Baboodle. Their chat function does not work and there is no telephone number, so the ONLY way to contact them is via one email address. You are therefore completely at their mercy as to whether and when someone decides to respond.

What followed was astonishing.

Despite me explaining that the pram was not there and that DPD had confirmed they had only received one box, I was asked: “That is the pram box – have you checked inside?” I had to explain that the box contained the fan, parasol, net and bar. I then sent photos of the box and its contents to show that a pram could not fit inside it — which was exactly what I had already told them.

Eventually, after repeated emails, and they going quiet on me, I was told the pram had apparently been dispatched directly from a supplier and that they were “chasing up the tracking”. I was promised an ETA. They went quiet again and as I am writing the review, I have heard nothing.

I still have no pram, no tracking information, no ETA and no meaningful communication.

I have been left in an absolutely impossible position. I am travelling at 6.30am on 20 August, so even if they eventually respond, the damage has already been done. I have no use for the other items without the actual pram and now have an extremely limited amount of time to find and arrange an alternative.

The lack of communication has been genuinely shocking and heartbreaking. At times, it has felt as though I am not dealing with a real company at all. The way I have been completely left hanging and effectively ghosted has honestly made me feel as though I have been scammed.

I have now formally requested a refund for the pram. I will also be returning the other items and seeking a refund for those, because they are of no use without the pram.

I have absolutely no confidence that I will receive the money back promptly, given how difficult it has been to get any response in the first place.

Baboodle: this is not how you treat a customer who has paid you for a product and is relying on you to deliver it. Mistakes happen. Parcels go missing. But what is completely unacceptable is the lack of communication, the absence of any functioning customer service channel and leaving a customer in a state of panic with no practical solution and no one to speak to.

I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from this company, particularly if you are ordering something time-sensitive or essential for travel.

The pump worked great for me from when I rented it which was 4 months post partum and I started to notice my milk dipping with the wearables I had. I saw great reviews for the spectra pump but could not afford to buy it out right so this worked absolutely great for me and was even better for my milk supply! Will deffo be using this service again in the future god willing 🥰 xx

Rental was easy and quality of the item was perfect!

Baboodle is fantastic company, and the customer is incredible. They were able to ship out a stroller at short notice and extend the rental at a moments notice. Can’t wait to be able to use Baboodle again.

Amazing. We just went on a holiday with our 5 and 2 year old. Our little boy is autistic and struggles with crowd and queues so we needed a pushchair for the whole of the airport. The I candy pip was so simple and compact it saved us having it on the aircraft. We got through with no meltdowns.

Process so simple from ordering to returning. Fantastic company. Will definetly use again.

Fantastic experience, would definitely rent again

I was looking to hire a folding pram with a carrycot for a holiday with my 3-month-old baby and came across Baboodle.

A friend of mine had rented from them before and was really happy with the service, so we decided to hire the Silver Cross Nia for our trip to France.

We did have an issue with the delivery, but the customer service team responded immediately and helped us find a solution so we could still have the pram in time for our holiday. We were really pleased with how quickly and professionally everything was handled.
The return process was also really easy and hassle-free.

I honestly can’t recommend Baboodle enough! I would definitely hire from them again if we need another baby product in the future.

A brilliant company and such a great concept, really helped with my littles ones. I used them a few times for trips and they were really great. Excellent customer service too. Couldn't recommend them more!

We were going in holiday with my 2 year old and had a bad experience previously with having to put a buggy in the hold meaning my husband had to carry our daughter from where we landed to baggage claim. Fast forward 7 years and we knew we needed to get a smaller buggy for our daughter. The one we bought still wasn't small enough for a plane but good for day to day. When it came to going on holiday we couldn't afford to buy a whole new buggy so found Baboodle on Facebook and Instagram. After a few weeks of looking into their different options we chose the Bugaboo Butterfly and booked the rental for 3 weeks to allow time either side of the holiday.

2 days before it was due to be delivered we received an email saying it was being delivered by DPD which I thought was great as they are known for timely deliveries. Turns out there was an issue with scanning and the buggy wasn't delivered on the day we chose. I went straight to the website and spent around 2 hours using the online chat with someone who was super helpful. They were able to get in contact with DPD and find out what was happening. I also spoke to DPD who made my delivery a priority. The next day it was there before 10am.

Slight stress but I was really impressed with the buggy. They also sent a Bugaboo Butterfly 2 which was a nice surprise. The buggy was fantastic, and in great condition. It was great travelling to and around the airport and fit perfectly in the overhead storage. We were able to use it all throughout the holiday with no issues and my daughter was really happy and comfortable in it and even managed a few naps too.

When we returned I received an email about the returns and was able to book a return collection through Royal Mail who would also bring the returns label with them. Unfortunately, the postman who arrived was a normal door to door postman and couldn't take the box with him so he called his colleague who drives their delivery van to come and collect and it was collected within an hour. It took 3 working days for the buggy to be returned to Baboodle.

Overall I'd say it is a fantastic service and one I would definitely look into again in the future if we needed a smaller buggy or any other equipment. Definitely recommend.
