Great company, rented as my toddler wouldn’t be in a double pram for long! Used for 4 months and then returned, nice and easy

Super easy experience in terms of delivery and pick up. Was great to use the pram on holiday instead of investing in a pram we’d only be using occasionally. Also had very helpful customer service. Thank you Baboodle.

It’s so easy to rent items. They are delivered quickly. Free and simple returns. So good for people wanting to limit over consumption.

What a great service!! We rented the babyzen yoyo as we only needed it for a few months. It was fantastic and Would 100% recommend.

Very good service, I think there should be reminders sent when the item is due to renew though to give enough notice to return before being charged again. Quick and helpful service from customer service to assist.

Overall good experience. I would’ve liked a confirmation email upon placing the booking including the dates of the rental. The bumper bar sent wasn’t the correct one for the pram, but after a lot of evidence sent, Baboodle did everything they could to sort this before I went on holiday which was appreciated.

Loved the option to rent a travel pram for a holiday rather than buying one, also meant I got to test it before I actually bought it. I rented the Joolz Aer 2 and I wouldn’t purchase it at all, it was compact and lightweight, but too many downsides for me personally.

I would use Baboodle again and recommend to others, but warn that the rental period ends when they receive the item back so leave enough days to not only get back off the trip, post it and then wait for them to get it to avoid any potential charges.

Really easy to use service, got us out of a jam when our pram broke down on us and we needed something in the interim. Pram was in great condition and sending back was very simple, although RM not always the most reliable with pick up but we got there in the end!!

Brilliant customer service and great item

I rented the Joolz Aer 2 pram for our holiday and luckily we had it coming 4 days before we left as when it arrived it was the wrong colour. Not a massive problem but I did prefer black. The Baboodle team were absolutely amazing in rectifying this issue! They got back to me so quickly that same day and they immediately placed a new order for the correct colour to be delivered the next morning by DPD and I organised a simple collection from my house for the other one to be returned.
The pram itself (both of them infact) were in immaculate condition and the pram was amazing for travel. The process to return is seamless too, I really couldn’t fault the company at all! Will 100% be using them for my holiday abroad next year.. thank you ⭐

As my Silver Cross clic broke and had to be sent to be repaired, I was left stuck without one last minute! I rented the Bugaboo butterfly 2 as read it was great for toddlers. I was so happy with the service. It came the next day and was in such good condition. I am now considering renting from Baboodle longer term as I love the idea of changing the pram easily as your child grows. Excellent service and thank you! Return was also so easy they collected from my house. Thank you!

Baboodle is a great website with great service. I ordered a travel pram for my first holiday with my baby, and did not expect to receive a clean spotless item. It came on time, super clean and packed like it was brand new.

Returning was super easy and communication from the team was so smooth.

I was so happy and will be using this service again.
