Non-refundable socks that are too long…
Bought two pairs of compression socks as I’m 6 months pregnant and due to fly at Easter. Found the socks far too long on my leg (I’m 5’2), they went up over my knee! So obviously not safe to wear. Unfortunately I didn’t notice that they don’t accept refunds of socks so that’s £26 I’ve wasted. I did email the company to see if they’d do a refund for the socks I didn’t try on but no response. I socks felt good quality but I wouldn’t recommend this company!

I just wanted to clarify that our office closes at 4:30pm on Fridays and reopens Monday morning. We responded to your email first thing when we were back in the office, but I’m sorry if this caused any frustration.
We understand your concerns regarding the fit, especially during pregnancy, and appreciate your comments on the quality. While we’re unable to accept returns on worn socks for hygiene reasons, we have made an exception and have offered a refund for the unworn pair.

You still haven’t delivered the second pair of leggings. How can you request a review when you have only completed half my order?

I can confirm the second pair of leggings have been dispatched in separate parcels, but we’d like to confirm exactly what’s happened with your second pair of leggings and make sure it reaches you as soon as possible.
I have personally reached out this morning, confirming we have resent the leggings due to a transit delay.

Mixed experience.
Lovely soft babygrow, but the postnatal pants I bought are tiny - definitely not a medium - and unable to return them even though I haven't taken 3 of the pairs out of their packet.

Absolutely great leggings
The leggings are thick, stretchy, the material is great and super comfortable. It feels really good. Very happy with my purchase and will probably buy a different colour in addition.

Excellent service and great range of products.

I also got their postpartum recovery belt following my c section and have found it is really helpful in moving around with my baby especially when everything feels so wobbly at times. They also sent me a complimentary postpartum book to help focus on recovery. Thank you to the BabyGo team.
