i am very upset its probably the mistake of M&S.
my parcel hasnt arrived at my address which is 95 The Haywards thatcham rg18 4ly instead i think its been delivered to an old address in Woking

My Grand-daughter who is Autistic turned 18 this month. She lives in a ' home ', I ordered an 18th Balloon with chocolates to be delivered for her three weeks in advance at an extausionate price but I wanted to surprise her. They didn't turn up. The result was devastating.

Good customer service and excellent care from delivery men. Only one problem, not a straight forward exchange of delivery times on the phone.
