Worst customer service EVER. My product came over a month late, so I had to order another one. By the time both arrived, my subscription renewed another one the same day I cancelled my subscription and removed my information from the account!! I reached out to customer service and they said “ The order placed on (this date) was processed JUST before your cancellation took effect, which is why it was still charged and shipped. Unfortunately, once an order has been processed, we're unable to cancel it or issue a refund”. It had to have been so close together because it didn’t show the order information before cancellation!! I feel CHEATED and SCAMMED. Do not purchase from Babyrx. There are better clean prenatal brands.

I wanted to love BabyRx because the products themselves appear to be high quality, but my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. After months of issues, I cannot recommend BabyRx or their subscription service.

I signed up for the **Fertility Trio Bundle** subscription because my account clearly showed a subscription price of **$75.65 + $5.00 shipping per delivery ($80.65 total)**. I have screenshots proving this. However, the charges on my account repeatedly did not match the subscription pricing I agreed to.

My order history showed:

* Order #56508 – $114.70
* Order #60328 – $183.00
* Order #63813 (May 31, 2026) – $80.65 (Paid but Unfulfilled)

These charges were shocking because they were not what I agreed to pay and did not match the subscription pricing displayed in my account or the order confirmation emails BabyRx sent me.

When I contacted customer service asking for an explanation, I was told that a $94 charge was for “3 bottles at their original price.” This response did not make sense and did not explain why my charges did not match my subscription. I repeatedly requested a detailed breakdown of my charges and never received a clear answer.

The fulfillment problems were just as frustrating.

I have **never received my subscription orders on time**. Every shipment has been delayed, and I repeatedly had to contact customer service for updates.

On a previous shipment, I received only the **Him + Her Bundle** instead of the **Fertility Trio Bundle** I subscribed to. The missing item was eventually sent separately, but only after I reached out about the mistake.

The biggest issue happened with my May 31, 2026 order.

That order sat unfulfilled for weeks. I sent multiple emails requesting:

* a refund,
* cancellation of my subscription,
* that the order NOT be shipped,
* removal of my payment information,
* and an explanation for the inconsistent charges.

I followed up repeatedly.

**I received no response.**

Despite having clearly communicated that I did not want the order shipped, BabyRx eventually shipped the package anyway. I recently received the second part of this May order that I had already requested multiple times not to send.

At this point, it is extremely frustrating to receive products I specifically asked them not to ship after being completely ignored by customer service. I refused delivery of the packages and will continue refusing any unauthorized shipments.

Another major concern is the subscription cancellation process. The subscription page that previously showed my Fertility Trio Bundle and pricing disappeared from my account. There was no obvious subscription management option available after logging into the website. The only way I found to access it was by searching through old emails, clicking a hidden “Manage Subscription” link at the bottom, entering my email again, and waiting for a “Request Subscription Login Link” email that went to my junk folder.

A company should not make it this difficult for customers to manage or cancel a recurring subscription.

I understand that inventory problems and shipping delays can happen. What I do not understand is:

* charging customers amounts that do not match the advertised subscription,
* sending incomplete orders,
* failing to deliver orders on time,
* ignoring repeated customer service requests,
* and shipping products after a customer has clearly requested cancellation and a refund.

I wanted to continue using BabyRx because I believed in the products, but the customer service, billing transparency, fulfillment process, and subscription management experience have been unacceptable.

I am still waiting for my refund and for BabyRx to address the discrepancies I have repeatedly asked about.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend BabyRx.

I started out with Nature Made because it was easy to grab at the store, but after talking to my doctor, I realized I wanted something more high-end for for pregnancy. I looked into Ritual but felt it was missing a few key things I needed. babyrx feels like a much more professional, 'medical grade' option. The subscription is easy to manage and I love that I don't have to think about it anymore.

I’ve seen mixed opinions overall, but babyrx keeps popping up more often lately in TTC discussions. Feels like it’s becoming one of those “newer but structured” options people are testing out.

Finally, a comprehensive supplement with the right ingredients!

Company deserves no star. Product does not live up to its claims. Took the whole bottle. No change. It’s all a hype. Be careful as well that you don’t purchase recurring order. They will not refund you even when you attempt to cancel. I canceled weeks ahead when I found out it was subscription. They still pulled monies from my account. Reached out again via mail the very day they deducted the funds and they still refuse to refund me my money. Do not trust this merchant. Research other products. Do not trust the reviews on their site either.Not only is their product horrible but their business model as well.. buyers beware!☹️

BabyRx keeps popping up in TTC groups, curious if it actually makes a difference.

I am giving this company 1 star because of their customer service.
I had an active subscription with them for almost a year. For the last 3 months, I never received my subscription, despite being charged each month.
I emailed customer service asking about my missing subscription but never received a response. After canceling my subscription, I emailed again requesting a refund for the three payments I had made. That was when they finally responded, but instead of refunding me, they resent the vitamins.
I explained that I no longer wanted the order because I had already switched to another company. Since I rely on these vitamins, I couldn't continue waiting with no communication.
They then told me they would not issue a full refund. Instead, I would have to return the vitamins they shipped late, and only then would I receive a partial refund.
I'm extremely disappointed with how this was handled. I paid for three months of products I never received, and when the issue was finally addressed, I was denied a full refund. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

If I could give them less than a 1 star I would. I ordered their prenatal a little over 2 months ago (with expedited shipping +$10). The shipping was supposed to be 2 days…lol. After a few weeks of no shipping confirmation, I contacted them. I was in my first trimester at the time, and if you know, you know that it’s very important to take your prenatal consistently. I had to resort to buying an in-store prenatal while I waited. It took them a week to respond to my email, which is unacceptable. Then, the best they could offer me was a refund on my shipping cost, and store credit. At this point, I was done and didn’t want to have anything to do with them..so no, I don’t want your stupid store credit because I’ll never buy from you again! Fast forward to today..it just shipped. 2 months and a week later, my prenatal has shipped. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS and this was the second time my order from them has been late. Not to mention you can’t just “buy” a bottle without them adding you to a monthly subscription, so you have to manually go in and cancel it after every purchase. And honestly I liked the product for the most part, it had a weird taste but the ingredients were good with an only 2 capsule dosage. But if you can’t keep up with orders or customer service then your product doesn’t mean anything. Now I’m left with a $40 store credit that I’ll never use because they refused to fully refund me. Just don’t buy, there’s other brands that are worth it.

They charged my pregnant wife and never sent the product. Its a bunch of scammers.

I never write bad reviews but I will here. I would not buy from this company. My wife and I have been charged for 2 months of prenatal subscriptions that we never received. When reaching out to BabyRX 10+ times over a month period, they never responded once. Additionally, their customer service number doesn’t even work. Not a trustworthy company at all. It appears I’m not the only person with this issue. Save your stress and money.

We got one bottle, my husband took maybe 3-4 of them, he said the taste was so bad he could hardly get them down. Anyways I got pregnant a few weeks later, and tried to cancel the subscription.. well good luck with that, I reached out to customer service through email, cause obviously there is no phone number to them. They refused to cancel my subscription, kept giving me the run around. They shipped 2 more bottles to me and continued to charge my account. I had to dispute the charges with my bank and it has been absolute hell. I guess we will see next month if they actually canceled my subscription.

This company takes advange of vulnerable pregnant women. They charged me for orders they never sent and did not respond to my numerous attempts to contact them about my order. They force you to use a subsciption model to get their product. I wouldn't have let myself run out of prenatals.

They took my payment over three weeks ago and never shipped my order couldn’t get in contact with customer service to get a refund or cancel the order. Customer service is terrible. And the last order I received for a prenatal tasted and smelled awful. I thought I would give them another chance, but obviously I cannot do that anymore since I cannot trust them to provide the product or refund my money.

I’m sick of companies with shady business practices. Beware that you’re signing up for a subscription. Customer service said “all of our products are on a subscription-only basis which is consented on our checkout page to ensure transparency.” On the product page, it does not specify that you’re signing up for a subscription. Furthermore, you don’t even get an email before the subscription renews the following month. It just ships before you can skip or cancel the subscription. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from this shady company again. I will be giving my business to Theralogix instead.

I want to start by saying I love the prenatal vitamins - my issue is with this company. I started a subscription, and there have been several bottles missing one or two capsules. There have been 3 times now that I was charged on time but my order goes unfulfilled for well over a week. I shouldn’t have to go buy an alternative prenatal to get me by until my subscription arrives. Customer service NEVER responds. I’ve emailed several times. Finally, I ended my subscription while I’m 8 months pregnant due to all of the frustration.

Love love love their prenatals. Also took their fertility supplements before getting pregnant. Smells nice, no fish burps, has all the vitamins I need and I love that they don’t have any fillers

It doesn’t say anywhere on product pages, but customer service says ALL ITEMS are “subscription only”. This is ONLY indicated in the fine print below “pay now”- nowhere else does it say subscription in the cart or checkout page. They will charge your subscription without notice and ship it out immediately and refuse to refund you or allow a return. Very poor business practice.

They do not ship within their time posted. ordered on March 5th, Today is March 14th and still have not been sent anything . All they said they are in high demand and it would ship that same day.It didn’t . Still asking for an update and no response.

If I could give this SCAM Company a zero, I would. Please purchase from a reputable site. You've been warned!
