Ordered 2 UAE flags to be part of the celebrations, the babystore website was down but they sent me a payment link, I paid and delivered the next day.
I used the flags for 1 day and that was it they were ripped, stitches came of. Definitely unusable again as it would show disrespect. The baby store just blamed the vendor. They haven’t replaced or refunded the payment yet.

I love all the clothes at Maxims Baby Store. The style and quality is great. But even more than that - i love the team. They are always very responsive when I contact them and generous. For example, the owner offered me a discount (when she didn’t need to) and dropped off the pieces to me herself when a delivery driver did not show. I will always come back to this store. Could not recommend more!

We bought a playhouse for our daughter. It was really quick and the installation really nice. We are extremely happy with the store and the service

I ordered pediasure but they had delivered to me a near expiry one. Only 6 days life shelf for the milk 😒. Upon reaching to them for return it has been 4 days since the contact no action has done.

One of the worst customer experience.
They are playing with my order from 27th of November.
They are lying and always the update is give us 2 days to escalate t our management.
They did partial delivery the small times and still waiting my drawer.
