The customer service is terrible. They don’t want customers to go to the branch and practically force you to do everything through the app, but the reality is that not everything can be resolved through the app.

I requested a mortgage payoff letter and was told it would be ready in less than 15 days. After 15 days, I asked about the letter, and it still wasn’t ready. Then, a month later, I followed up again and discovered that they still hadn’t even submitted the request to the appropriate staff.

It’s unbelievable that you have to wait so long and constantly follow up just to get a document that was supposedly going to be ready in less than 15 days. I’m sharing my experience because I wouldn’t want others to go through the same situation.

Pésimo servicio con la renovación de tarjetas para envío. Tuve que llamar después de más de una semana, y me dijeron que intentaron enviarla pero no pudieron. ¿Por qué? No sé — aquí hay buena recepción, así que no fue por eso. Tampoco me llamaron para avisarme.
Para aclarar todo, me tomó 30 minutos en "servicio al cliente", y al final tuve que ir a la sucursal a recoger la tarjeta de todos modos. Mejor hubiera ido a la sucursal desde un inicio — me hubiera tomado todo el día, pero al menos hubiera recibido mi tarjeta.

They offer good products (checking, credit cards, loans, etc) but their customer service is very deficient. Their online web services lacks ability to interact or contact customer service, they send you to a WhatsApp chat that takes an hour to get service and at the end they will tell you that they are unable to resolve online and you must visit the branch and bring a physical letter duly signed. Very XX Century old bank service.
