This is not a British Company as I thought. The bag I brought was small and certainly not genuine Leather. I will not be buying from this Company again.

I brought a wallet with shoulder straps. But I got a wallet without straps and totally different to the one that was advertised. My husband paid £20 for his wallet which was what he wanted . I paid £25 for the one advertised but I received the same as my husbands in a different colour. I asked for a refund or exchange for the correct item. This has been going on for over a week. The outcome is it’s the right item that was sent even though I’ve sent videos and pictures as they requested. The only way I can have a refund is to pay upto £30 return. I personally would stay as far away as you can from this site. It’s a total scam. The only option I have to get 20% £5 refund so I lose £20 and it’s their fault. Where are my rights as a customer?

The bag is of good quality with many pockets ideal for holding all you want. Quick delivery and easy transaction. Thank you.

What a great backpack, lightweight, folds to nothing and just perfect for travel! It took a little while to ship but cannot fault the product.

Time taken for delivery lengthy although updates were ok . Not clear you are a Chinese company . Bag not great quality for the money and no padding considering it’s to hold electronic equipment.

I ordered a real leather, crossbody bag. It took about 2 weeks to arrive! NOT fast delivery as advertised.
The bag was really awful quality, it doesn't look like Leather, the colour is dreadful and not as advertised.
Customer services won't send me a refund, and I believe they've not sent the bag advertised.
I've just been told I can purchase another bag of the same value for just £9.95.
With the words"Many customers choose this option to avoid the hassle of returning the item, and I think this might be a great solution for you as well."
As if this happens very frequently!

It does take a little longer to arrive, but it was worth the wait. A very nice bag, I would have given it 5 stars but the bag was l lovely soft leather what spoiled it was the strap not even leather very poor

I have purchased my order on the 14th of June 2025, no updates l can’t track to see where my parcel is? I have emailed twice no response, ls this Website a legit or l was just scammed?? The tracking number just shows it’s in transit since the day of my purchase? If there are legit why they can’t respond to customer queries

Excellent product and timely delivery

All round a good experience from ordering to receiving! Delivery time as stated so awaited the surprise of delivery! Happy with the good quality backpack!

Excellent quality item. Exactly as described.
Postage took a while but other than that I would recommend anyone to use this company.

It was made with inferior material. The lining was horrid & crunchy.

The colour was not particularly far off what was advertised. I don't like the grey zips, however, but the bag was inexpensive and is adequate for travelling with a lunch box, a drink and accessories (including train tickets and a tablet - and some wipes, etc).

Poor quality goods and poor returns process. They clearly don’t want you to return goods to them.

Back pack took ages to arrive, came from China. Looks very cheap if I’d seen it in a shop wouldn’t have touched it. Was going to return but was going to cost postage back to China. Save your money and buy local!

I haven’t received my backpack yet, tracking says delayed and it’s showing as in Hatfield. Ordered 4th June

The backpack looks cheap, feels like plastic not at all like leather.
Very disappointed

I haven’t received my order yet so can’t comment on that - but what they don’t make clear is that the merchandise ships from China! The website misleadingly states “fast and free delivery” however I have been waiting nearly 2 weeks already and my tracking shows my order is still somewhere in China. Very disappointing and the item is meant for a birthday gift and looks like it won’t be arriving on time.
