So it looks like I have been scammed! I ordered a solar powered charger- it doesn't work at ALL, they want a video of it NOT working WTH!! So I'm getting nowhere with that.
I ordered the survival kit at the same time which STILL has not arrived!! This was on the 4th June, nearly 3 months ago! I'm getting the excuse that it was returned, then they couldn't find my address.
Do I accept I have been swindled? Will I get the money returned that I spent in good faith believing this to be a good company?
Will a human finally respond without adding a performance review at the bottom of their email replies. It's wasted my time, sanity & money that could have gone towards another item I needed !
I'm rather furious & feel led on.

Ordered a sleeping bag from Backpacker life but I forgot to put the 10% discount on!

I emailed explaining and to my amazement I received an email back saying no problem we will refund the 10%!

Lily dealt with the refund and was very professional and polite.

Sleeping back arrived in good time and was great quality.

Cant recommend this company enough, they are great.

Excellent service from start to finish .regular updates on my purchase. With informative and friendly emails with( no extra do you need this ) equipment sales pitch . And a fab purchase well made and exactly as per description

DO NOT USE. I have not received the item and it is nearly 2 weeks. I have started the refund process already, as there is a 2 week refund process.

Terrible, avoid. I ordered a sleeping bag for an important running event. I could see it'd arrive April, I was checking updates on website week after week and by third week delivery said delayed even ponger. I wrote them to ask for a refund as that was too late for my event. They replied saying it had been delivered! I was never aware of this. They never provided tracking. Royal mail said they had delivered indeed and showed proof of it. My parcel was probably stolen. I was never aware it had gone missing from my door step. These people never bothered informing me, they were misleading, they updated status with a delay in delivery. Royal mail refused to respond as this complaint was made 3 weeks after they delivered my item. I have now lost more than £80 and the chance to know what really happened with my sleeping bag. Prices look good but not worth risking your money it with the bad service.

I ordered a 4 season down sleeping bag half price. When it arrived I couldn't believe how light it was and thought it was too thin and lacked enough filling. However I weighed it and it was the advertised weight. The true test was when I camped out using it with the temperature at 5°C. It just about kept me warm and I have to say it's performance pleasantly surprised me.

SCAMMERS! I paid £30 for a solar pack that didn't work. No means of returning it. Was asked to send a video - how do you send a video of a solar pack not working! But l did. Was told l would get a replacement sent and haven't heard from their customer services since. Still getting promotional emails from 'Marie' who is clearly a robot! STIR CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE!

For people that are having problems with this shop. I recommend reporting them to their web host by googling "Report an Issue with a Merchant Shopify" report it as fraud, if you think it is fraud.

The company running it all is called "Orion Agency" and has a postbox at the same address in Paris. SIREN number : 889 666 434 . Directors of company have other holding companies "FK Holding" and "KG Holding". Google can tell you the rest.

Complete Scam Chinese pretending to be in EU there returns policy non compliant and had to be pressured by my bank to refund faulty goods returned DO NOT BUY FROM THIS OUTFIT

Fraudulent.
I ordered on 4/12 for my brothers bday on 11/12.
Was told delivery 8th and 17th of December and then on 18th told delivery between of 17 December - 23 January!!

Absolute scam! They've been operating for years now. I reported them a year ago to trading standards and they're still getting away with it! No returns or refunds because they don't refund or return for sale items. But everything on their website is in the 'sale'. All 20 items. Its a joke. And UK has done nothing about it to protect consumers.

Utter rubbish customer service. Asked for UK size 11 shoes they sent EU44 which is UK 9. Then they argued the toss saying that it says this on their website. (This was after about 9 emails)... This was true.....however as everyone knows the website is wrong. Anyway I have sent the shoes back...Over £12.00 postage. I'm not holding my breath for a refund because I believe they are scam artists. The good news is that my credit card company say that they will refund me if these people don't.

This company is operating illegally. I have reported them to the Police and Shopify.com. They use Shopify.com to trade. The sell substandard merch that they advertise as premium outdoor quality goods at half price sale. What they send is cheap quality goods maybe worth a 3rd of the price you payed. They give you no means to cancel and you can't return the goods because the company dosn't exist at their return address. It maybe exists in China where all their goods are shipped from. If you buy from them you will never get any response from their email contact nor will you recieve the goods you thought you ordered. Nor will they deliver their goods within the expected time limit.

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY DO NOT USE AS YOU WILL LOSE YOU MONEY OR END UP WITH SUBSTANDARD GOODS!

I ordered safty shoes from these jokers, only to find that THEY sent the incorrect QUICK10size, I contacted them stating that there size guide they have on there web site is wrong I ordered a size 9, and they sent me a EU42,wich is a size 8, when I pointed this out to them, they did not want to know, I said I was willing to send them back for either a correct size wich is a EU43,or my money back,but at no cost to myself, as this is clearly there mistake, but nothing, I gave them 7 days to respond to this issue, or I would have no choice as to try and get my money back with the help from my bank, but I'm not holding my breath on that, the one thing I will advise anyone reading this, personally I will not use a on line retail company, if they don't use PayPal, PayPal is you only guarantee of getting your money back.

Wish I’d read the reviews first. Waited two weeks for a sleeping bag but the Order never showed up (might be royal mails fault as I can see it’s been at a sorting office for a week).

However, No response to an email from the company sent 3 days ago. No other way of contacting them on their website. No cancellation process. Left me with having to sort last minute alternatives

Their size chart is wrong, so you will order the wrong size...i wish i'd have looked on here first...total waste of £40 size 9 more like size 7

I have been trying to get a refund from this company for over a month, with no response.

Royal Mail failed to return my item to the address on website and this is leading me to believe it's a fake company

I am now reporting my concerns to fraud dept at my bank to try and retrieve my money.

Scammers! DO NOT USE!
I bought the winter sleeping bag and it arrived in a vacuum packed packaging that needed to be cut open, so it could not be returned. The sleeping bag was as thin as a bin bag, the down content was so sparse I could see through it, there were spelling mistakes on it and there were lose threads all over it. I'm so upset that I wasted £80 for this junk. The customer service scammer pretended to respond but just fobbed me off. They have since ignored my many emails.
