Further to my previous review dated 23/03/23, I have now received an amicable refund.

It is another fake website the real one is in Denmark and keep complaining to google. As this shop is in Paris and the real one only deliver to Denmark.

I would avoid. My products arrived. 4 season sleeping bag, no, its a 2 season sleeping bag. Half price at £90, get much cheaper elsewhere. Rucksack, okay only £40, but still is a cheap 2 bob imitation from China.

Fraudulent company selling absolute crap made in china gear. Stay away do not buy. They even ignore your emails.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Adult hiking trousers delivered, much too small. Queried a refund as no larger size advertised. My emails keep bouncing back stating they’re undeliverable. Beware of this company. Total scammers.

Absolutely awful. Boots took three weeks to arrive. They make you think they are being sent from the UK but they are all made/shipped in China.

They sent me two f***ing left boots I'm outraged. I've now had to purchase another pair for the walking holiday at the weekend at a huge cost with next day delivery. Customer support are rubbish and rude.

I doubt I'll get a refund as they were a sale item.. like all their items and the policy says no refund on sale items. Funny that. Avoid at all costs, crap company and bad karma to them.

I'd like to say many more things but it's far too rude to write here.

Do not order from this company still waiting after 6 weeks for a pair of boots No reply to e-mails sent .Nothing but a scam be warned

Do not use this company. Takes your money. Emails to say its on its way ,emails asking to buy more .boots have NOT arrived as yet.

I used this company ordered some heavy duty work boots. When they arrived there was nothing but wrapping in the packaging no shoes. I have contacted them around 10 times via email as they only have email. And the email dosnt deliver so it’s a fake email. I’m currently disputing them with my bank as it’s nearly a month and I’ve heard nothing back from them

Ordered online, process was fine, delivery date was over a week which they never said that time scale when ordering.
Item got delivered with no outer packaging just in a plastic postage bag (no shoe box).
I ordered a size 11 and the came extremely small, id go as far to say a uk 9.
Emailed customer care and explained, they did email back and say i could exchange for something else, but they had no bigger boots so i asked for a refund and returns procedure. That was the end of the conversation, sent various emails and had no response, its now over the 14 day returns so as far as they are concerned its case closed. I would avoid this company, which i read other reviews before purchasing.

Customer service is utter rubbisha nd will not reply for days on end

Product wasnt packaged properly and was damaged in shipping but customer service wont tell you how to return for a refund

They are trying to fob you off so they can claim youre over 14 days return policy

Buy the same products elsewhere and avoid this company at all costs

Buyer beware this french company has taken my order and money and did NOT have the stock .
They even state they have a uk base but I could not locate it.
I have been waiting for well over 3 weeks for a rucksack despite them emailing back once to say it was posted !! WHAT DID YOU POST IT BY PIGEON.
They have that silly annoying box that keeps popping up saying ( mr Jones just brought a sleeping bag in Birmingham etc ) really who are you trying to kid backpacker. Com .
Buyers in the uk please be aware I have been waiting for over 3 weeks ! I wouldn’t use this company if I was you shop elsewhere preferably in the uk .
Avoid at all costs you have been warned 😉
