great place for backtesting
BackestingMax is a lovely platform. I think it's the only place where they don't make you pay just to test trading strategies. I think there is a premium version, but I am using the forex pairs on the free one. I am not sure what the other people have been downloading, for me the web-based version works perfectly fine.
