The best experience was thanks to only one Person - Michael Cruz. He should play model role for your Team. His level of knowledge, and his professionalism is worth respecting and appreciating. His attitude is outstanding.
In the beginning none told me how to manage with 2000 addresses. I needed to prepare routes without the knowledge how to distinguish them, how to create different zonas and etc.. Till today that someone told me that I have to put some addresses manually - but Michael did by one click within 10 sec.

Fill a hole in my sales toolbox for route planning. Very easy to use and setup my route and track my visits on not only the computer but either of my phones as well. Also give you the ability to search for places near you that way you can find potential prospects on the fly.

1 star is way too much, people with no experience, low customer service. Just a big lost of time and money on our side.

I was in charge of putting our sales processes to work at my company and I compared Salesforce solution and badger maps and I received a way better service with badger. Also, their solution was very close to what I needed and I didn't have to do any customization.

The way the customers plot on the map and then you call on customers in a logical route driving minimal distance is really a huge advantage.

A must have for sales! My stops at prospects have increase by 50% which increased revenue along with it. Savings on Gas and TIME, just upload your spread sheet and away you go! Customer service is 5 stars.

The tool is great. Very fast, structured and efficient not only for outside sales reps, but as well for managers who follow up on the process. My company uses badgermapping and we are completely satisfied so far with it. Furthermore, when there is something that needs to be done or we have questions, we communicate with an employee of Badgermapping, whose name is Gala Avila. She is great and very helpful and fast when we need her. I recommend.

Badger has been an amazing tool to help me plan my day more efficiently. As an outside sales rep, I have to adjust to daily changes to the locations of my meetings. The lasso tool feature allows me to create the most efficient route between meeting locations. Eliminating the busy work of route planning has saved me a ton of time. With less time spent on driving and planning, I now have more time to meet with prospects. If you are a field sales rep this app is for you!

I upload my contacts, create my routes on the map, and go! Check-in notes are saved immediately after each stop. Badger is literally taking the organizational stress out of my multi-line independent sales activities. App is different on iPhone and Android, but I use both equally well. Thanks!

Badger is vital to organization. At this point I don’t see how could do my day to day field sales without it. I really love how I can upload all my leads at once then map out my day based on the area I’ll be working. I always colorize my accounts to see how long it’s been since I was last at a place. One of the best features is the check-in. It really helps to look back and see what transpired at my last visit and also the time of day I stopped by. This way if I didn’t catch a client in the morning I know to go back in the afternoon. I’ve been using Badger for over a year now and the customer service is A+. The folks at Badger are always helpful and reachable by phone or email. They also return calls. If you do outside sales, travel to see clients and haven’t used Badger, definitely give it a try. It will make your days so much easier and I have no doubt that you’ll love it.

I use this daily and it has helped me go from rookie, to other reps asking how did you find that lead. I am only in my 2nd month and so happy I found this app

Would you trust a company that uses its own board advisors for customer testimonials? I think not.

This quote belongs to Imran Rafique who is board advisor for Badger, not a customer. Badger's response, including a claim that it's "not misleading" can be found in the Reddit thread "Tech company uses board member for 'customer testimonial'".

Signed up for the free trial to compare it to competition 4 days ago and have already received 3 emails and a phone call asking if I have any questions or need help. Honestly, I'm more annoyed than anything and will not use this service. Redefining "badger".
