I tried ordering a item off of a Facebook ad and I thought I did i read the emails and it said I had credit to buy off their site. The ad said nothing about putting money down for credits or doing a subscription it was just for an item. I contacted customer service to explain I wanted to cancel the subscription and then was explained how they company work. Which also they are € and I'm usd I gave screenshots which helped them. They sent it over to Imani where then I was helped on getting me a refund. Customer service was help and Imani was helpful in the solution.

Someone stole my card and I got a charge from here. They said I have to leave a review before they will refund me. I will update again if they don't. I had to give 5 stars so I will update if I actually get refunded.

Im not sure how exactly I ended up with a subscription. They charged twice the third time I put a stop payment. After reaching out customer service said they'd refund my money in exchange for feed back.

Had a charge from this company. Reached out was told I cant cancel within 24 hours of signing up for a membership. Went back and forth and was sent an email (after being told im shit out of luck) I will be credited back as a special circumstance.

To be honest, it wasn't a great experience to begin with. I was under the impression that I was purchasing a different product through a different website. And then it was not what I thought I was paying for and it was your credits for a website called bagvire.com, once I figured out that it was not what I was under the impression that I was buying, I contacted the website and asked for a full refund, Cause I did not pay for a VIP membership or for a gift card.

Someone from the higher up to email me and asked me to rate my positive experience. So they could close my account properly. So I guess this was the only good experience that I was reached out too quickly. And that they are willing to close my account. And refund my money that I did not put on their account for a gift card. That's the only positive experience I have for this site.

The service is great the questioned were answered and resolved very promptly.
