Very helpful, good deals and prices and always available to contact at any time. I dealt with Maryam and she was very good. Would definitely book again.

Spoke with Mughees and he's one of the supervisors for a Hajj and Umrah package. But I was dealing with a company called for a Baitullah Travel. They had the bad reviews, but then I figured this out. The Hajj and Umrah package, they actually taken over for Baitullah Travel. So they are the new owners. So whatever the bad reputation and reviews they have that from previous owners so in future just ignore it because they r not from baitullah Travel. Now it from Hajj and Umrah Package company. Mughees dealt with me so well and giving me prices unbeatable. Definitely looking forward for that and I ll recommend to other Ppl as ll. Best and better price. JazakALLAH 🤲🏽

Brother in faith do not buy any package with company they scammers. We bought umrah packages & took our money didn’t pay back.

Robbing people in the name of umrah. Nothing more despicable than that in my eyes.

I booked and paid a deposit back in May for a November 2023 umrah package.
I then cleared the outstanding amount in October.
But no sign of any paperwork. No visa. No flight tickets. No confirmation of hotel reservations.

I rang the office daily every day during the last two weeks in the run up to the potential flight date, but they wouldn’t e-mail me any documents.

I asked to speak to the manager. But he wouldn’t take my call. And his team wouldn’t give me his direct number.

I explained I’d booked this umrah as I’d been very poorly. And I wanted to make this spiritual journey as it is hard to know what the future holds. But all of this pleading fell on deaf ears.

They make themselves out to be legit by asking for a small deposit by credit card. But when it came to the large amount they asked for a bank transfer as they wanted to avoid the 2% bank charge.

They also sent me a very convincing looking invoice. Which meant nothing. As it didn’t have any specific information on it regarding the flights or the hotel.

I don’t know how Times Travel Limited have been in operation since the 1980s because I can’t be their first victim.

In a state of panic I rang around other travel agents but all their November and December packages had been sold out.

Not only did Baitullah Travels (who also trade as Times Travel limited) rob me of £1,200. They also robbed me of an opportunity of a lifetime.

The manager and his team, they all gave up their akhirah for £1,225.
It sickens me that the company is still in business.
Avoid at all costs!

My potential travel date has come and gone.
I have a suitcase packed, but I’m going nowhere. And I’d said farewell to my loved ones, who were so excited for me, especially as I am recovering from poor health.

Please avoid Baitullah Travels. They rob people in the name of God.
Despicable people.

And I have suffered a relapse. And I was doing so well.
They have robbed me of money, health and peace.
And I make duah no one else suffers at the hands of these disgusting human beings.

Horrible service from start to finish paid for 4 adults at the Clocktower hotel our agent samiullah gave us a room with only 2 beds for for both the different hotels in Makkah we had to pay extra to upgrade the room when he had already paid him also he gave us wrong transport and another extra cost we had to pay for bigger car will definitely never use again all they look for is the money once paid they don't care.

I recently booked my umrah trip with Baitullah travels.Although it was ramadan and very busy time but every thing was well organised By maryam and Baitullah travels. Maryam helped me with all my queries and guide me. I’m definitely gonna use their services again.

If you want a successful and hassle free Umrah trip please no not book with this company they are scam and they have been threatening, ignoring and pushing me everywhere since I requested for my refund.

To be honest I am extremely disappointed that people will use Allah’s work to scam people.
I contacted this company for a umrah trip in march 2023 from one of their agent called Hina. The trip was booked for October 2023, after payment I did not get any feedback from them so I started chasing them for feedback. Unfortunately I was told Hina left the company and did not handover my trip bookings to them so I won’t be able to travel in October again.

Another agent moiz took over my bookings and rescheduled it for November 2023, this time I start chasing the details and kept sending reminder every week , I was told everything was booked and planned for. Coupled of days to the trip moiz stopped responding/ picking my calls I did used to call the main office and Faisal took over my bookings and said he will sort it out . I still did not get my details for the trip I kept calling and they kept giving me different stories and excuses.

A day to the said travel date after so many back and forth I was sent a visa for umrah and was told that unfortunately they would have to refund me because the 3rd party handling the trip ran away with everything and did not book the trip . I was told to go for another date which I refused and insisted on getting the refund they told me I would get .

I kept calling and chasing the refund eventually 2 month after (Feb 2024)I was refunded £500 out of the initial £1375.
I was told they will refund the remaining the following month, after a while Faisal stopped responding to my messages or calls.

Till this very moment I have not gotten the remaining refund from them . Every time I call them they either threaten me on the refund or ignore my call or give me excuse. They even went as far has giving me a wrong number to call and give my details.
For you peace of mind on your umrah trip please run from this company they are SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!

I went for Umrah in December 2024, and I had the worst experience ever. For the love of Allah, do not trust this company.

I booked my ticket in February, and the person I initially booked with ran away to Pakistan. After that, another person, Faisal, took over. He changed my hotel in Makkah and didn’t pay for one day of breakfast, which caused me an embarrassing situation.

In Medina, Faisal changed my hotel three times, and I had to accept whatever was available. He claimed the hotel 4-star rating, but it was actually a 3-star hotel. When I arrived in Medina, it was a complete disaster. Faisal booked a room with 4 beds instead of 5. When I messaged him, he told me to “adjust myself.” After exchanging several long messages, he said he would send his vendor. I waited 4–5 hours, but no one showed up, and I lost all hope.

I even tried to get an extra bed, but it wasn’t available. Faisal then suggested I get a child’s bed and promised to compensate me. But why would you book 4 beds instead of 5 without informing the customer?

The hotel in Medina was so bad that my kids fell sick. I left an honest review about my experience, and now Faisal is accusing me of lying and pressuring me to remove the review. He’s offering vouchers as compensation, but who wants vouchers after going through such a terrible experience?

If you want a hassle-free Umrah experience, do not use this company. They will mess you around, and even if you leave an honest review, they’ll continue to harass you.

It was my first umrah trip. Saad Ullah was very helpful in planning my umrah. He was attentive and on call whenever I had a question. I was a little disappointed with our hotel in Madinah but apart from that it was a pleasant umrah trip and would highly recommend them.

I went to Umrah last week, but I had booked my tickets back in February 2024. The reason I booked so far in advance was to secure the hotel I specifically wanted. Initially, I did manage to book the hotel, but over time, the travel agency kept changing my accommodations. When I arrived in Medina, I found that my room was booked for four people instead of five. The quality of service went from five-star to zero-star. They made countless fake promises, constantly saying, "Trust me, brother."
The agency never admitted to their mistakes and instead blamed me for the issues. I strongly advise against using this travel agency. They exploit your hard-earned money with no accountability. I only to face disappointment and frustration. Despite paying all my fees on time to avoid complications, I still went through so much pain and anger. Now I realize it’s easier to book everything online yourself and avoid all this hassle. People like this have no shame and no fear of Allah. Avoid at any cost!!!

I booked an Umrah trip for my dad and brother, with brother Sami Ullag and entire process was handled with great professionalism and care. Everything was well-organized, from flights and accommodation to transport and support during their journey. They had a smooth and blessed experience, and I’m so grateful for the excellent service provided. I highly recommend Baitullah travels.

Sami Ullah was very helpful. Took a while to get back to me at times and there was a misunderstanding about an extra hotel booking charge. However overall a smooth experience and responsiveness was good when faced any issues or had questions.

Excellent trip experience from Baitullah Travels and facilitated by Mr Yasir Hameed throughout the trip. He was instrumental in getting all bookings done in advance with peace of mind.
