Wonderful customer service from Ian Whiskin at Barker and Stonehouse.
We purchased some Wiemann bedroom furniture B&S, spending over £7000! Wiemann’s use a third party company to install their bedroom furniture called D&I solutions. After D&I installed our bedroom furniture we noticed several problems, chips out of one of the plinths, handles put of wonky on the chests of drawers, one wardrobe not fitted properly, none of the safety bolts put on to secure the very heavy bifold glass doors, they were just thrown into the bottom of one of the wardrobes.
Needless to say D&I solutions and Wiemann’s did not want to take responsibility for this shoddy work. Luckily Barker and Stonehouse came to the rescue and got everything sorted out, although it took almost a year to do so from ordering the bedroom furniture.
I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Barker and Stonehouse again as they have been exemplary throughout this ordeal, but I would never buy or recommend Wiemann’s EVER.

Disappointing aftercare, been trying to return goods for 5 weeks now, no clarification emails, no returned phone call. Product was lovely but unsuitable, found the experience stressful ☹...update(24 hrs later) - chairs have been uplifted 😊
