Gary & Dan delivered my new sofa on friday. great guys, polite & friendly. would recommend them

I recently had a sofa bed delivered and was very impressed with both the colour and overall quality of the product. The delivery service was excellent—quick, friendly, and highly professional. The team went above and beyond to be helpful throughout the process.

A special thanks to Paul S and Wande, who were particularly supportive and made the experience even better. I truly appreciate their help.
I was especially impressed that they transported the sofa bed into the room and assembled it exactly as I had requested. This level of service made a big difference and was greatly appreciated.
Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend!

Extremely disappointed with customer service.
We purchased a beautiful sofa after careful consideration and discussion with the salesman. Our concern was that we would have to 'shake' the seat cushions every day and having experienced this many years ago did not wish to repeat. We were reassured that due to 'new filling of feather/foam/feather' we would just need to pick up, give a little shake and they would be as good as new. How wrong he was!!
Advice from Emmiera representative (the company B & S sent out to check for faults) is that the cushion cover needs to be unzipped, thoroughly shake, getting air inside to open up the feathers and rezip.
Not quite what we had in mind. We do feel we have been mis-sold by the salesman.
B & S are not interested as there are no actual faults.
We will have to replace the filling at our own cost, not quite what is expected from a premium store. We had hoped that they may contribute to a new filling but it would appear not! Very disappointed with their lack of concern and after sales service.

Excellent communication throughout. The delivery team , Stu and Alan, rang beforehand to see the best route to our house. They then came into our property to work out the best way to carry the mattress to the room we needed it in. They were very polite and friendly

Simple and easy to order online with excellent communication throughout the process. On the day of delivery polite and informative updates from the delivery team, Paul S & Matt P. Both chaps arrived as planned were polite and delivered the sideboard carefully and considerately.

Amazing table and superb customer service. Dan and Ben have been fantastic in delivering the table showing maximum attention to details and care. Highly recommended

Paul C. and Stefan were absolutely amazing, they delivered and assembled my dining table with great care and efficiency. They were also super friendly and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

I ordered a bench which though described the solid mango wood frame as being a grey wash all the photo images showed a more brown-grey tinge which my current mango wood dining table also displays.
On receiving the bench, it was a definite grey solid colour which looked totally out of place and didnt 'tie in' with my existing furniture. I instantly felt the advertising was misrepresented.

I emailed the company to start the returns process and received an email from the after sales representative. She asked the reason why I wasn't happy with the colour and if I could send a photo so she could look into it. You can guess what her verdict was; "you have received what the item describes and within the sales blurb about certain grains may differ in colour" the company could get away with basically misselling items.
The real issue I had was the cost of returning the item. I was then told it would cost me £150 to have the item collected! This is more than half the cost of the bench. That was the policy.
I looked at the returns policy online only to read that items which would be deemed a single person collection would cost £12, two person collection £49. I wasn't offered either of these options despite the fact I could lift the bench myself at a height of 5ft!
I asked the aftersales lady why I was not offered either of the lower cost options to which I got no reply.
Bearing in mind I paid £50 for delivery which took over 2 weeks to arrive, this service did include assembly but this wasn't carried out, I had to phone and rearrange someone to come back and assemble the following day which was an inconvenience. To top the lot off I saw the bench had been reduced by £35 within the two weeks I was waiting for it to be delivered.
To say the very least, I will never buy from this company again.

The guys arrived exactly when they said they would and were so polite. They fitted the sofa together and showed me how to use the electronics, which are actually very simple.i cannot recommend the delivery enough.
I love the sofa and interest free is a bonus.

Jon C and David A - Middlesbrough. I had the lads deliver a 4 seater and 3 seater sofa, I couldn’t praise them enough. They went over and beyond, an absolute credit to your company. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Nothing was too much trouble.

Ordered a reclaimed wood dining table, it arrived without fixings. It was also slightly damaged. A replacement was offered to be re-delivered but the purchase to delivery time would have been a month which was too long so just cancelled it and bought another from somewhere else which was delivered in days. In hindsight the product may have been a return that was sent out again?? 🤔 hmmmm

Thank god they don’t run a brewery. The only thing they do quickly is take the money from your account. I have already taken 2 days off work. And still without my complete order.

Good communications led to stress free delivery on a day we wanted. A minor billing issue was resolved quickly. Michael and Dave delivered our new settees at the time stated and were careful and cheerful. A good experience.

Dealt with young lady called Kelly who was very helpful and patience with me.

We were served today by Cleo Tse at the Bentalls centre in Kingston. We fell in love with a display item and Cleo kindly went above and beyond to help us purchase the item. The item was delicate and she did an excellent job wrapping and packaging it so it wouldn't break as we took it home. Excellent experience from beginning to end!

Very pleased with our new sofa. Great delivery by Thomas and Kurtis.
