Hi from drawing to installation all went like clockwork the end product was fabulous

So 5 years ago our builder installed a Balconette balustrade around our rooftop deck. No problems with the balustrade in 5 years but upon inspection our original builder had measured it too small and bodged it. The team at Balconette, J-P in particular, charged nothing to design a work around to make it fit properly and gave great support whilst we fitted it.

The balcony system we wanted was cheaper with Balconette than with other suppliers. Communication was great and delivery was sooner than expected. With the initial delivery, there was a slight bit of damage to the hand rail (probably a result of transit), nonetheless, Balconette sent a replacement hand-rail no quibble within a couple of days. I am very pleased with the product and the cost, also, the willingness to rectify a problem ASAP.

From the beginning, the team provided clear guidance and detailed drawings, which really helped us prepare for installation. During the process, they were always quick to respond to any questions, both via email and phone, and offered practical solutions whenever needed.
Their support made the installation much smoother and gave us confidence throughout the project.

We found a product very good quqlity,delivered on time and with care. We had some issues during installation but Kasun and Jean-Phillipe went above and beyond to guide us through. Highly recommended. Yes we had some issues but Balconette is a place where you get customer service.

We fitted a balcony a few years ago and unfortunately we had a problem with our roof and needed to remove part of the balcony, it is only when you have to do work on it that you realise how well it is made. The balcony was easy to strip down and a quick soak in warm soapy water the seals were as good as new. A call to Jean-philippe and a kit to reinstall the glass was sent to us free of charge.

The technical team, especially Jean-Philippe Ramdas, went out of their way to support me on a complex re-build of my balustrade after a leaking roof required it to be dismantled and re-done.
Nothing was too much trouble and advice was always forthcoming, calls always returned and new parts supplied quickly when required.
When it got really technical and problematic solutions were provided to overcome them. This helped to keep costs to a minimum.
I honestly wouldn’t have coped without this support and advice and can’t thank JP and the team enough.

Balconette demonstrated a professional approach from the outset. Flexible, communicative with a can-do attitude meant the whole process went smoothly. The installation was of the highest standard and the resulting balcony fitting and materials exuded quality. A 5 star job!

Great job start to finish. We found the Balconette team to be very customer focused. We have an unusual curved and straight edged terrace. It all went to plan and the balustrade end result looks fabulous.

Despite some issues and confusion around sizes (including receiving an incorrect size for one side of the railings), JP and the Balconette team far surpassed any of our issues with their professionals customer service. With every issue, they spent time walking through the details and providing helpful solutions.

The product looks wonderful and the staff at Balconette were extremely helpful through every stage, even when they supplied the wrong glass sizes (mistakes happen) as they jumped into action to resolve it.

The frameless glass balustrade looks stunning and the company were able to provide the non standard height, which we had been unable to source elsewhere. It is well engineered and was relatively straightforward to install with clear instructions.
The black base plate cover was damaged in transit, but a replacement was delivered within a few days. Prompt and helpful responses to emails and phone calls. Very pleased with end product.

The balcony product is excellent. Really good to install which was made easy by reviewing the installation videos. A couple of minor issues were encountered which was easily resolved by a quick phone call. The finished job is perfect.

Balcony is over 10 years old and still looks fantastic. Unfortunately I needed to replace one of the wooden stair components and needed the installation parts to reinstall the glazing. Excellent post sales support.

Overall really good service from Balconette. I bought two balconies and balustrades from them and both were high quality and with good customer support. We had one little issue (partly my poor measurements) but they sorted it quickly and with no fuss or added expense. Jean-Philippe in particular went above and beyond to help.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for glass balconies.
