Absolutely disgusting , the receptionist won’t listen at all, love listing her her own voice, she interrupted me 5 times and when I told her this, she then told me she would not take any of this abuse, and put the phone down. Never use this firm again, I wish I never had done in the first place, take your business some where else please

I have this morning called to ask for a Completion Certificate of work carried out on my house 11 years ago left a detailed message with name and address. within 10 minutes it arrived in my inbox. Ruth thanks for this outstanding service. AMAZING

Ball and Berry were employed to carry out building control consultation and inspections for a £18m fitout project in Leyland which included 3 storey office and warehouse covering total of 544,000sqft. Mo Hussain who was our building control inspector was thoroughly helpful throughout the project from initial consultation through to final inspection of main offices. Always on the end of the phone to discuss any issue always with a positive resolution and pro-active approach. Would highly recommend their services for similar project. The staff at Ball and Berry made the process of seeking Building Regulations approval from start to completion very straightforward. The Initial liaison regarding various construction issues to enable compliance with the Regulations was clear and helpful. The site inspections were undertaken by Karen Pritchard (of the Preston office) promptly and timely, and the final certificate issued as soon as the final inspection was undertaken. Her responses to any queries raised were very prompt, professional and helpful. I would certainly recommend the company for anyone seeking similar Building Regulations support.

Graham coordinated a pragmatic, professional and thorough process to achieve Building Control Certification. Well worth the fees to ease this otherwise potentially v bureaucratic process.

Efficient service

Building inspector (Graham) turned up when needed and ensured our certificate was issued promptly once the works were complete. Can't ask for much more than that!

Was great working with Dan from Ball & Berry. Dan came across very knowledgeable, advising re the requirements and holding builder and me to account, whilst also being sensitive to the pace and timing of build and responsive when required.

Charlie Huteson was always contactable and helped out a lot on this build. He made it very easy to get the correct answers and didn't slow down any works with his speedy inspections and responses.

Damien Singleton has been our building inspector for our self build barn conversion. He has been very helpful throughout the build and is very thorough and technically knowledgeable. It has been a good experience and we are glad we appointed Ball and Berry.

We have used Ball and Berry for a number of projects over the last 6 years. Damien Singleton has been our inspector for the last 2 years. Very knowledgeable and quick to respond to site visits and queries.

Been using B&B for about 2 years now for a significant renovation of my home. They came recommended by my architect. The initial building inspector wasn't great, and didn't communicate well with me. But he left, and Mo Patel took over. He's been great, very knowledgeable, good communication, and came to visit when needed. Very pleasant chap, and professional. Karen Pritchard was also very helpful, and advised about whether trickle vents were needed for my windows. Overall a positive experience, and would recommend.

My difficult experience with a builder ( who ended up in a prison cell) was made somewhat easier by the help and cooperation received from David and his colleagues at Ball and Berry

This is the second time we have used ball and berry as our building inspectors and they are just a brilliant company to work with. Everything is dealt with quicky and with the upmost professionalism.

Wasim , who was appointed to oversee our project was approachable , straight talking and very knowledgable. He really did make the whole process run smoothly and was a pleasure to deal with.

Unfortunately, I had builders that let me down part way through my project, but Lisa guided me through everything and reassured me with such professionalism. She was able to organise and rectify all of my paperwork and send everything I requested immediately. She was a fantastic point of contact to have and provided everything I needed. It was reassuring to have such a kind and caring point of contact to liaise with throughout. Muhammad inspected my property on 2 occasions and was understanding enough to provide an extension in the circumstances, so that I could ensure my project was completed to an adequate standard. He provided professionalism, advice, guidance and reassurance throughout.

Given our builder let us down right at the end of our loft conversion it’s a miracle we managed to get the building regs sign off and it’s only due to the help and perseverance of Mo that it’s ended happily!
