“According to them, my package was ‘delivered’—but I never received it. I also didn’t get any order updates, shipping confirmation, or tracking information.

The only email I ever received from this company was after I left a negative review on Trustpilot. It felt like their only concern was getting me to remove my review rather than actually helping resolve the issue.
I’m sure the quality of the jersey is probably good—if I ever get it.

We ordered on the 16th June and paid extra for the express delivery. We have still received nothing despite being told it has been dispatched.

The company have stopped answering emails and have not provided any tracking information despite it being requested numerous times.

This will be the last time we use this company and would recommend reconsidering if you were thinking of ordering anything from them.

We have been trying for days to have this order cancelled and refunded but have had no response.

This company is a fraud and have taken our money with no way of getting it back as there is no response form any email sent!

I ordered a Retro Micheal Jordan jersey and CH Bulls shorts. Price is very acceptable if you consider the quality. The quality is great, the printing and number as well. Only thing is I had to wait for around 23 days for the package to arrive, still considering where I live I understand that the shipment will take more time than expected. Nevertheless im very happy with my order and would recommend it to anyone interested in having a Retro Basketball Star.

Great quality and services

I ordered 4 and a half weeks ago. I was nervous that It could be dodgy, I had to email for the tracking number, and it took way longer than it should have coming in 4 and a half weeks ……BUT the quality for how much u pay is incredible. And the wait is rlly worth it. If your worried it’s too good to be true it really is real.

I really like the jerseys, great quality and look really similar to the originals, only issue is that they took 3 weeks to arrive. Bought from them twice, id reccomend buying.
