This is a scam
This is a scam. I ordered the red baller babe body suit one piece and Ivy womenâs v back crop top and received instead this crinkled cheap looking nightclub jumpsuit that is completely different to the item I ordered. The crop top was missing. The packaging was from China and had Chinese writings. I am sick to my stomach when I realise I have been scammed. Whatever they sent is not even good enough to give my dog to lie on. These people have no soul. The parcel had cheap aluminium foil packaging and no address to track. Keep away from them. This business is not Australian based and needs to close down!!

The website was easy to navigate and find the product I was looking for. I reached out through FB as it was said to be the best option of contact or asking questions, however I didnât receive any reply back. So maybe in future if youâre going to use FB as the best point of contact, probably a good idea to check and reply to customers. Everything else went perfectly, the meeting point of picking up the order, the flexible times & delivery options. Very polite person. Would buy from the company again for future basketball needs.

Website easy to use and payment was easy. The product was delivered in 5 days. So well done for fast delivery. The only thing that I can say you could improve is your email notifications for shipping. I received an email saying that it had been shipped after it had been delivered. Not a big thing but I didn't really know the status of my product and then it just turned up. Otherwise good experience.

I thought buying this shop was supporting local store. However, I didnât expect to wait over a month and still not getting the parcel. If I knew the waiting period is longer than a month I would have chosen the other retailer.
Update: The baller team was trying their best to help. The parcel has finally arrived after 5 weeks of waiting. I do recommend the baller team and their customer service, I would give them 5 stars on customer service if there is an option. Iâll still recommend my friends to shop at the baller store.
