I ordered My little pony balloons for my daughter. Balloons were beautiful, well packaged and arrived on time. It's still in the air even after two weeks. My daughter absolutely loved her birthday surprise. It was well worth the money. Very happy that I went with balloons delivered. Will definitely order with them again. Thanks very much!

From a buyer point of view the service was both faultless and seamless from beginning to end. Even when I cocked up the delivery instructions it was sorted quickly and professionally, nothing was too much trouble.

From the recipient point of view well, what can I say, apart from he was utterly delighted. He'd never received a balloon before (he's 55) and he loved it. What's more it lasted 11 days, remarkable.

Upshot, use this company, I cannot recommend them highly enough. A complete joy work with. I will be back.

The balloons arrived on time and were packaged really well. The balloons were fantastic and all of them lasted at least 7 days. The lol balloon is still fully inflated now 2 weeks later! I will continue to purchase all my balloons from here as they are great!

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a balloon for my nephew to be delivered on Tuesday. I even paid extra postage. It still hasn't arrived and they won't respond to my messages and emails.

Have worked at a party store before so am very aware of the guidelines on prolonging the life of balloons. Box was badly damaged on arrival (delivered to my brothers house on Wednesday 27th October for his 30th as we were at home with covid) however the balloon floated out of the box so presumed all OK. He went away that evening leaving the orb balloon in his bedroom. He returned on Saturday morning to find the balloon on the floor. Contacted the company who said that I didn't contact within 24 hours so they won't do anything about it and no apology. Due to the balloon being left in a room nobody went in there to know if it was down within 24 hours or not, however non latex helium balloons should last a minimum of 5-7 days and sometimes weeks. Bad customer service skills. Once they've taken your money, what happens after that is of no interest to them. I went with them because they were the cheapest online (couldn't go out due to covid), now I know why. You get what you pay for.

I ordered 2 number balloons for my daughter's 21st birthday. I ordered them on 20th October for delivery on 21st October (as they offer next day delivery), I didn't realise at the time of ordering that they didn't deliver to my address.
They took my payment quite happily knowing they wouldn't fulfill the order.
I have sent 3 emails but haven't had a reply to any of them, you can't phone them as they have people on holiday! This is definitely not good customer service. I would save your money.

Beautiful arrangement it really made my Daughters birthday especially as we were able to have them delivered as everyone in the house was poorly with covid and unable to go out. One of the balloons had popped and a new balloon was sent the next day free of charge, I cannot fault their service above and beyond. Thank you so much.

These guys were amazing. Easy and efficient to deal with, which was so great given I live in OZ. The balloons were exactly what I had hoped and more. My little nephew absolutely loved the Spider-Man. Thank you!

I ordered balloons for my husbands 50th birthday, when they arrived the two heart shaped balloons had very little helium in them. I sent a photo the same day of delivery (which was a day late) and was told I would receive a partial refund within 5 to 7 days. A month on I'm still waiting and had no response to a chaser email. Just be careful where you spend your money.

I ordered balloons to be delivered to a hotel in Wales where we were travelling to for my husband’s BIG birthday, they arrived there before we did & were put in our room which was perfect.
Great service, lovely balloons & a lovely surprise for him! I will definitely use balloons delivered.co.uk again.
