Brilliant. We ordered balloons for my daughters 21st and they are fantastic. The lady I dealt with couldn't have been more helpful and went out of her way for me. Really pleased and they are perfect for the party she is having in her flat. Definitely recommend. Thank you.

I loved the creme number balloon arrangement the minute I saw it on sweet balloons’ website. I ordered for the next day and it was setup and delivered. This was my first order with them so I reached out to them just to make sure everything went smoothly. When I spoke with their customer service chat Alex was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you again!!!

Awful customer experience, ordered balloons for over £100 and they never arrived, took ages to try and get thru to someone to refund me. Will never use this company again

I have placed an order and paid 15£ for delivery from 10:00 to 14:00. The delivery has arrived at 15:00. I was calling and messaging the store for update and asked for refund of delivery because its been delayed which they refused and blocked me when I mentioned i will leave negative feedback on social media, i do not recommend is you need it on specific time as they dont deliver as stated. And very inpolite , my childs 13th birthday was delayed and spoiled decoration.

We were absolutely delighted with the exceptional service from Sweet Balloons and Floom. Chloe was phenomenal — she personally delivered two vans full of beautifully arranged balloons to our doorstep and was on site to coordinate and plan every detail of the event with professionalism and care. Her creativity and commitment truly brought our vision to life.

A special mention also to Kennon, whose organisation and decorating skills were outstanding. Together, they ensured everything looked flawless and ran seamlessly. If you’re searching for a team to plan and execute your event from start to finish, we couldn’t recommend Sweet Balloons more highly.

Firstly, I’d like to note that you’ve referred to me by my first name throughout your message, despite not having introduced yourself. While I appreciate your follow-up, a more professional tone would have been welcomed.

Regarding the order — having now reviewed it, *we accept that we mistakenly selected the wrong item online, and I take full responsibility for that. And want this update to reflect this.*

However, my feedback was not based on the product itself, but rather on the overall experience — particularly the lack of communication and the fact that delivery arrived well after the 2–6pm slot we paid extra for, with no proactive update unless we chased.

As for the phone call — I must respectfully disagree with your description. I was not shouting or aggressive. I was understandably frustrated about the delay, but I remained polite while trying to get clarity on what was happening. We even sent you a thank you message once received.

Yes, we agreed to continue with the delayed delivery, but only because it was the child’s birthday and we were left with very little choice in the moment. Unfortunately, the balloons arrived too late to be enjoyed by the intended recipient.

This response is not meant to continue the conversation further. I’ve taken accountability for our part, and shared honest feedback on what could have been handled better on yours.

We ordered a Unicorn & Star foil balloon bouquet from sweet-balloons.uk for our daughter’s 5th birthday party. We paid extra to ensure delivery between 2pm and 6pm, as we specifically wanted it to arrive before her bedtime.

By 6pm, nothing had arrived. There was no update, no message, and no apology. We tried calling and messaging via WhatsApp, and when we finally got through, the woman we spoke to was abrupt and unprofessional—borderline rude. She told us the balloons would arrive by 8pm, which was already outside the delivery window we’d paid for.

Still, nothing by 8pm. No update, no explanation. We had to chase again ourselves. Eventually, the order showed up at 8:30pm—by which point our daughter was asleep, and the moment we’d planned was missed.

To make matters worse, the order was completely wrong. No unicorn, no stars—just a generic-looking bouquet that seemed more suited to an adult’s party. No thought to the occasion or what was ordered.

We’re incredibly disappointed—not just by the delay, but by the lack of communication and the dismissive attitude we received. It felt like once they had our money, the customer service stopped mattering.

Would not recommend and won’t be using again.

Beautiful balloons and amazing service.

When I called nobody answer... But they saw my missed call and called me back! This shows how thoughtful they are and how committed they are to the success of their business. They were also very polite and accommodated my last minute request.

And now for the balloons! Absolutely gorgeous and gave our party that sprinkle of joy and colour that it needed.

I ordered a balloon and flower arrangement from Sweet Balloons, and I was genuinely happy with the whole experience. The quality was lovely — the flowers were fresh, and the balloons looked exactly how I imagined (if not better).

What I appreciated most was the friendly communication and how smoothly everything was handled. They really put effort into the details, and it showed. It made the occasion feel extra special without any stress on my end.

amazing service needed some last minute balloons for my daughters birthday sweet balloons came to the rescue surely will be using them again.

Ordered online, £65 a number and balloons to match each side. Tried to talk to the online guy who spoke then left the chat so could not ask anything else.

Bought them to be sent for my sons 18th only to get a call to say I haven’t paid delivery which I was not aware of. The girls tone of voice had an attitude but I needed the balloons, paid the £20 delivery even though they were not far at all. The side balloons were wonky so one side was much higher than the other so looked ridiculous. I won’t use them again.

I ordered the gold numbers with 2 sprays of green, gold and white balloons. Excellent service and fast delivery. I had to arrange a very last minute 70th birthday party and ordered the balloons very early on Friday morning and they were delivered on Friday evening! The only slight downside was that some of the green balloons in one spray(but not the other) had slightly deflated by Sunday which was the day of the party. Nevertheless, the birthday boy was happy! I would recommend.
