Took over a month to get and product was one fifth the size.
Deceptive advertising. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I would have left a 4 but i didn't realize how far away the business was. Thought it may have been a scam after i purchased the blanket and I was reading reviews... Sophia communicated to me that it would arrive and still I was skeptical if I'm being honest 😂
It did get here after a month and some change. It was a custom miami hurricanes blanket!!! []_[]

I ordered two engraved whiskey bottles featuring collegiate football stadiums in August, well in advance of Christmas, specifically because these were intended as gifts. When one of the recipients attempted to open their bottle for the first time, the cork/stopper broke immediately, rendering the bottle unusable.

This was not abuse, mishandling, or wear-and-tear. It was a manufacturing or materials defect, plain and simple. A whiskey bottle should not fail on its very first opening.

When I contacted the company, I was shocked by the response. They refused to replace or exchange the defective bottle because the purchase date was outside their 7-day grace period—despite the fact that:
• The item was clearly a gift
• The defect was only discoverable once the bottle was opened
• The failure occurred on first use, not after prolonged ownership

This policy essentially means the company sells fragile, premium-priced gift items but takes no responsibility whatsoever if a defect shows up after a week—even months later when the gift is actually given. That’s not reasonable, customer-focused, or professional.

The engraving and concept are nice, but what’s the point of a premium engraved bottle if the basic functionality fails and the company won’t stand behind their product?

If you’re considering these as gifts—especially holiday gifts—be warned:
• Inspect every bottle immediately
• Do NOT assume the company will support you if something goes wrong
• You are taking all the risk as the customer

I won’t be purchasing from this company again, and I strongly caution others who expect quality craftsmanship and basic customer support.

I would give minus 20 if I could. I ordered a neon LED sign that was supposed to have the Philadelphia Eagles stadium in neon lights. They sent me a college football stadium in Columbus OHIO and it even says OHIO STADIUM on it. When I tried to get a corrected version sent to me - they told me I'd have to pay $20 in shipping despite the fact that their website says they will replace items at no cost to the buyer if it the item is incorrect due to their error. Also the quality of the sign is crap. DO NOT BUY from this place. Shipping takes forever and it's not worth the money for what you get. I didn't do my research as I should have. I am out almost $90 and have a crappy sign that I can't even use.

Less than zero......product is not as advertised. I wish I had read reviews before I ordered from this company. Lesson learned.

Both my husband and I ordered the same item at two different times in December 2024. Neither order has been received. Attempted contact multiple times with Ballsgamegift and was told to be patient, the item is in transit. I have requested a refund but have not received a response.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 whiskey bottles and a candle. For starters when the whiskey bottles arrived, I was very disappointed in their appearance. It was nothing like they showed on their website. The candle was not in the package. When I reached out to the company they said they would mail me a new one. It never happened. They asked me to send them a letter from UPS stating that the candle never arrived, I did. UPS said the second tracking number they gave me was not even attached to my address. The company said I should have notified them that I moved. I didn’t. All of this started in December and now it is almost March. The last response I got from them was that the tracking information said it did arrive and that I needed to go talk to UPS. Customer service is no help and just gives you the run around. It is almost as if they do not keep track of correspondence and no one knows what is going on or what has already been done. I have never been this disappointed by a customer service representative. Do not waste your money buying something from this company!

False advertising the product is nothing like the picture they show. Terrible customer service. Worse product ever. I'll never order from here again. They scammed me.

I ordered two whiskey glasses and two coasters as a Christmas gift on 12/21, understanding that they would not arrive before Christmas, and I was okay with this.

The whiskey glasses arrived along with 4 pairs of women's socks/footies. I have no idea why the socks were included, other than maybe to offer additional packaging and protection. The etching on the glasses was nice, but the glasses were smaller than most whiskey glasses and the quality appeared to be from one of the local dollar retailers. Don't get me wrong, I love these retailers, but normally wouldn't choose them for a gift.

I waited a week or so, and inquired about the coasters and was provided a shipping number that didn't exist, and was asked to wait a few days. I waited then I emailed again, and received the same message with the shipping tracking number. I waited a few more days and asked for a refund, and they replied that the order had been delivered.

I did receive a partial order that contained the whiskey glasses, but not the coasters and I explained this. I am hoping for a refund for the coasters.

I will never purchase from them again!

Very low quality product. Logo on glasses was a completely different color than decanter. I can't use the items but in order to get reasonable refund customer must pay for return shipping. Would NOT recommend purchasing from this seller.

This is a scam, I ordered for Christmas with express shipping on 12/4/24 & today is 1/29/25 & I have still not received. No phone number to call only email, so to my emails they keep putting me off. Save your money

Avoid Ballsgamegift at All Costs – A Complete Scam!

I placed an order for a custom football from Ballsgamegift on December 4th after confirming with the company that it would definitely arrive before Christmas. That assurance was completely false.

After two weeks with no package, I contacted them and was vaguely told that my order had been shipped—yet they couldn’t provide a tracking number. It wasn’t until three weeks later that they finally gave me one. But even then, the tracking information showed the item hadn’t even left the shipping office.

I reached out to the company over 20 times to resolve this, and each time I received the same empty response. When I requested a refund, they refused, claiming the item was “in transit.” Clearly, that was a lie.

I had no choice but to escalate the issue to PayPal, and I’m still waiting on their decision. It’s now been 37 days, and I still don’t have the product I paid for.

This company is an absolute scam. Horrible communication, zero accountability, and complete dishonesty. Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from Ballsgamegift!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
1. The bottle, compared to photos, comes tiny.
2. I ordered three bottles from them the first week of December and just received them this week.
3. My bottles, ALL THREE, came shattered.
4. When I told them, via their “customer service” I got the runaround. I sent them photos of the broken bottles and they acted like they never received the photos. I am still now, over a week later, demanding a refund and they continue to drag it out.

COMPLETE SCAM AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought a stadium bottle on their website. First off the bottle is tiny compared to what’s shown on the website. Second it was shattered when I received it. It purchased the guaranteed ship for 1.48 so I got my money back for the broken bottle through a company called Seel. However Seel won’t pay for my shipping and ballsgamegift won’t either so I am out the shipping for a damaged broken product I cannot use. I would not recommend buying anything from them as they are a scam all around.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! Products are junk quality, not at all as shown. Seller does not want to refund unless I pay shipping back to China. I am already out money and now I will be out more because this company blatantly misrepresents its products.

I bought a stadium whiskey bottle. However, the one received was not the same as the one advertised. While trying to get them to send the correct bottle, all they do is offer an insulting discount. They do not answer your email, just give you the runaround while claiming the bottles are "custom" made. There is nothing custom about these cheap, poorly made products.

I purchased 4 footballs from this company - however, not only did I get the run around on when I was going to receive the product. They only sent me part of my order. The products themselves were completely different than advertised on the website. I have been trying to get my money back - and send back the product. However - this is coming from China and they want ME to pay for the shipping back - when all of this was their mistake. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY - SCAM!
