i never request any registration and i was charged some fees token from my card without my knowledge, i was surprısed to see this on my account this morning and when i ask for refund they saıd we cannot and some stupid answers

It's also fraud with me ,I didn't use this ,I listened first time name of this,and they cut the amount of my account I don't why .

Mi sono stati addebitati dei soldi sulla carta senza mia autorizzazione mentre ero all'estero. Non mi sono mai iscritta e neanche sapevo cosa fosse questo sito. L'assistenza chat però è stata risolutiva ed efficiente, hanno subito aperto una segnalazione e con un paio di settimane mi hanno riaccredito l'importo. Metto due stelle perché evidentemente il sito non è sicuro visto che una persona ignota è riuscita a pagare con la mia carta senza problemi e senza che me ne accorgessi... Me ne sono resa conto solo esaminando i movimenti in app.

Recently reviewed this site as very untrustworthy but having made direct contact they seem to be making efforts to address my problem so it may be that they are affected by other sites impersonating them .Would still be very wary of parking apps

My bank tried to call me to report a fraud payment this company tried to take money out of my account. Unable to contact them to stop the fraud.

Luckily, my bank just called me as they declined this payment. I have no idea who they are or why they tried to take money from my a/c

They keep taking money out of my account even though I do not authorise it its a scam. I bmneed a refund of my money. Rose Doyle 30/6/2024.

I was too been charged with gamenerium...can anyone tell me how can I stop this? I don't know which parking website I have used?

Appalling company - clearly a scam insisting I took out a gaming subscription when I was just trying to download an app to pay for parking. "Subscription" cancelled within their stated time frame but, still trying to get money back 2 weeks later!!!

I too have been misled into somehow subscribing whilst attempting to pay for car parking. This was cancelled asap and somehow they have still managed to take money from my account days later. Complete and utter scam

Money was taken out of my account Yh so I literally did not make any payment I want my refund

I had the exact same experience as another reviewer. I was registering for a parking app to pay for local parking and somehow gamenerium hijacked the registration, charged me €1 to test bank details ((which is normal for a parking app) and now constantly try to charge me for something g I have not signed up to
