Big ripoff. Customer service doesn't respond and won't give address for refund. I see other people have been ripped off. Stay away. The drum sucks anyway. Contacting BBB and State's Attorney.

I am very grateful to the support staff because I had a problem with the shipment, due to a courier error I was delivered a package not mine, the customer support staff intervened immediately, responding in a very short time to my mail. They were very kind and very efficient, my instrument was immediately returned to me and arrived in these days! Now I am very, very happy to start discovering its wonderful sounds.

We love our Balmy drum so much. Everyone plays it. At first I was surprise because my order was incomplete, but it arrived in 2 shipments at different date. The customer service was really helpful in identifying the problem and reassuring me. I do regret not taking the extra large one, but we will eventually get it later.

I bought the smallest Balmy drum for my granddaughter's 4th birthday. She absolutely loves her drum and shares it with her younger and older siblings who also enjoy the sounds. I work with children with autism who have enjoyed exploring playing the drum. It is a wonderful experience, with a calming and a gentle sound.

Arrived quickly, excellent quality, grand children love them.

Amazing purchase for my son! He jumped right in and started learning all the songs in the book.

Although it took a lot of back-and-forth communication, the process went well. Customer service was helpful and accommodating. I gave it a 4-star rating, because I haven't actually received my refund yet. When it is actually in my bank account, I will give the experience a 5!

Ordered a drum for grandson for Christmas. By the time it arrived was too late. I returned it and have been ghosted ever since. No refund. No response. BBB had no luck. "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Really good quality item, good choice of colours, all the accessories and bag included. Altogether great value for money and relaxation and too!
