What I love about our balmy drums is that it truly is something for everyone. No matter who we’re with, everyone loves to give it a try from the baby to grandma. The drums make such a beautiful peaceful sound that is always grounding. It’s easy to transport and lovely to look at. I love that these are a part of our home now!

It is part of my daily routine!
Helps me so much with my anxiety and makes me able to connect with my inner child. I love it and never wanna miss it again!

we are so happy with our drum. the sound that comes out is so beautiful, it has something magical. my daughter loves playing with it just like me. highly recommended

They didn't declare the drum at the customs properly so in the end a had to pay an extra 34euro in order to get my order.Of course 20 days later not on time.
Do not buy nothing from this company.They dont get responsability for the shipping and if you get your perchase in the end you will have to pay at the customs

Adding my voice to the chorus of terrible customer service... or maybe the company is just dishonest when so many customers do not receive their drums.. Ordered on NOv. 17th. In the tracking I can see that it sits forever in Amsterdam. The company tells me that it is probably lost. I ask and ask and ask for a refund. They offer to resend. NO WAY! I dnt want to again have to write them multiple emails when the drum does not show up. Plus it is no longer needed. NOw its radio silence.. There are a lot of steel drum companies. Only buy from Balmy if you have $200 + to throw away. My order was: # 69784… Balmy.. I am still waiting for my money..

Buyer Beware! Looks like I am not the only one to have ordered the balmy drum on 2 December and it sit in NY until 25 December and Balmy World does little to nothing. Their customer service is horrible!

Order for Christmas on Dec 8……. Nothing just stuck in Jamaica NY.

Ordered three mini drums with travel bags and I received three drums and one travel bag. Horrible customer service.

Horrible Customer Service. We never received our order and they claim it’s the shipping carriers problem. Tracking ships from China. Stay away from this company!!

Trying to order a drum but cannot access the sound. I'm reluctant to order one without knowing how it sounds.

I ordered today but a friend bought for me already and I got my wires crossed over ordering . I have asked 3 times for a refund and I keep getting an email asking why. I have contacted my bank
As have the legal right to a refund. It’s an hour after ordering that I cancelled it.

Cheap chinese trash. Shipping takes forever. Do not buy this. The drum is out of tune and just looks low quality. I realized it is much cheaper elsewhere.
