Sehr Qualitativ hochweritges Zubehör für den Schreibtisch.
Die Materialen sind sehr gut verarbeitet und alles ist sehr stabil. Es sieht sehr gut aus und man hat sehr viel auswahl beim Zubehör um alles unter zu bringen was so auf dem Schreibtisch anfällt.
Ich würde es immer wieder kaufen!

I recently started working from home for the first time and quickly realized that the organization and ergonomics of my desk needed significant improvement. When I ran into Balolo on Instagram I was immediately taken by the simple elegance and practical functionality of the product and went ahead and ordered several of the products. After now setting up my desk with the setup cockpit, the beautiful felt pad, the laptop stand, the wall shelf and a few other accessories I can say that my desk not only looks elegant but functions wonderfully too. And, the modurality of the Balolo products means I can modify and renew as my work space requires over time. I highly recommend this setup for those who spend hours at their desk.

I purchased the Large Setup cockpit and the large tray. It has really really releaved my studio from all the clutter and I was very pleasantly surprised by how sturdy the product is. This is proper solid wood and it is worth every penny of the price. Strongly recommend the company and their products

I wouldn’t recommend if you are from the UK.
I would disagree with balolo when they say import duties are clearly spelled out in their shipping policy. I couldn’t see them mentioned at all.
I was aware there would be customs to pay so decided to give them a try when a sale was on.
I have no argument with paying the customs duty but I was taken aback at the excessive ‘clearance fee’ the courier added on (Parcelforce). I have no contract with them. I did not ask them to pay customs on my behalf. Looks to be a nice little earner for Parcelforce.

I have since found more local companies with very similar products l, so if you are purchasing from the UK I would avoid and do a little more research.

This is a great company with a fantastic set of products. I spent a lot of time researching solutions for my new desk setup, and ended up purchasing a number of items from them, including the large Setup Cockpit, and pretty much every mounted accessory they sold. Shipping was extremely quick from Cologne Germany to the US - much faster than I had expected. I am extremely with them and look forward to buying more products from Balolo in the future!

Bought the large Cockpit Setup (walnut) for my home office. I bundled it with the optional tray and laptop holder. The product quality finish is immaculate, and the engineering design put into it allows incorporating accessories for a bespoke productivity setup. Fast responsive and very helpful support team, kept me up to date regarding package shipping status (delayed due to global logistics - not because of Balolo).

I bought a Balolo Setup Cockpit Monitor Stand Large and a few accessories. After investing in a good-quality height-adjustable standing desk, I wanted a quality stand for my two large monitors. I researched long and hard, and my choices were finally between Balolo and a competitor.

Balolo's quality is second to none—German engineering at its best. It looks fantastic and feels premium, with a nice weight to it.

Why only 3-stars? Well, I live in the UK, and Balolo's site advertised Free UK Delivery on their products if you spend over X amount. As such, the additional EU Tax came as a surprise. A hefty Tax at that.

I have since read some other customers from the UK highlighting the problem. For Balolo to reply, they clearly state it in their shipping policy. I'm sorry, but if that is the case, the delivery is not free. I found that misleading and may have changed my original purchase decision.

I love Balolo's modular system, but I won't buy from them again until they put their act together. I have purchased goods from countries like Japan that incurred extra Taxes at Customs, but those were clear before I made a purchase.

TLDR: If you are from the UK, be aware of extra shipping charges.

Als Handwerkerin lege ich auf die Qualität sowie die Verarbeitung großen wert. Bei der gelieferten Ware von Balolo sieht man den hohen Qualitätsanspruch der Firma an sich selbst. Die Verarbeitung ist großartig und die ausgewählten Furniere sind wirklich sehr schön durch die richtige Platzierung in Szene gesetzt. Die Liebe zum Detail spiegelt sich in der Verpackung wieder. Jedes einzelne Stück wurde durch einen Mitarbeiter geprüft und erhielt eine entsprechende Kennzeichnung. Ich hoffe das diese Eigenschaft sich durch den stetigen Wachstum beibehalten wird, da dies zur Seltenheit geworden ist. Die Produkte kann ich wirklich nur empfehlen!

I'll start with the positives: the quality of these products is outstanding. Truly some of the best craftsmanship I've ever seen—absolutely flawless. Top marks for quality.

However...

The customer service is a major letdown. Despite the website clearly stating that shipping is free, I was forced to contact Parcelforce and pay for the delivery myself.

At no point during the purchase process was I informed about the additional EU tax I would have to cover, nor was there any indication that I would need to liaise with the delivery company. While they do have a page on their website explaining this, it’s buried and hard to find. Worse yet, the phrase "free shipping" at checkout is incredibly misleading. If the website is in English, it's reasonable to assume the customer is likely based in the UK, not Germany, where the company operates.

When I reached out to customer service, they brushed me off with a generic link. After spending nearly £600, this level of service was unacceptable. They also told me that if I didn’t pay the tax, the goods would be returned, and the tax would be deducted from my refund. No notice was given that my order was ready for delivery, so if I hadn't chased it up myself, this is exactly what would have happened. Overall, not a great experience.

In summary, be prepared for hidden costs they won’t warn you about upfront. If you're ordering from the UK, expect to pay an additional £150 or so.

That said, the product quality is truly exceptional.

Amazing solution for a clean & high quality setup! Love the fact that it’s very compatible with apple products. At first I was worried that my studio display would be too high and potentially cause neck pain but it’s perfect height! You can test it yourself by putting ur monitor on some box/books with same height.

Build quality is great & I really like the fact that you can customize the setup to your likings. Also very easy to install.

Premium priced but if you want german quality, you gotta pay for it. Imo worth the money as I need a good desk setup for work & this thing just keeps everything organized & clean.

I tried ordering from them but they must’ve shipped it to the wrong address. My package never was delivered despite asking for a signature. They never honored that either and I’m out $700 because of it. Please don’t trust Balolo because they won’t help if your package goes missing. I recommend another company if you have the chance.

My Setup Cockpit and accessories was dispatched 2 days after ordering and arrived around 2 weeks later.
Though pricey, I'm happy with the item as it's sturdy and made from quality materials, and couldn't imagine a better desk shelf system to upgrade my setup.

I came across a video of Mattia on TikTok, I immediately fell in love with his setup. When I had my new office, I immediately planned to adjust my setup and buy Balolo products, because their products fit very well with my own setup. The great thing about these products is that you can expand the cockpit setup with various options such as laptop riser, iPhone/Smartwatch holder. I definitely plan to purchase new products from Balolo to expand my own setup. The delivery time is great, when you ordered the products you will getting your products between 1 or 2 workdays.

Seconding what others have already said, when buying from the UK, your order is subject to additional charges and fees, despite Balolo making zero reference to this through the buying process. Also, your package will simply get stuck with DHL, with no communication from Balolo or DHL, so it's on you to contact DHL customer services, get the parcel located, and pay the fees. (Edit - it doesn't get stuck with DHL, it gets stuck with ParcelForce, but you'll only learn this after an hour on hold to DHL! - A £300 cockpit setup just cost me an additional £100) Frustrating that back in March, I can see Balolo replied to a review here about this exact thing, saying they'd look to "improve their communication" about this. Clearly, no lesson has been learnt. No matter how good the product may be, I won't be buying anything from them again.

I couldn't ask for a better setup to match my needs and hardware. I appreciate orderliness, and this product delivers everything I need right in front of me with a modern, hi-tech design. I absolutely love it—great job, team!
