Not reliable
Not reliable. I purchased gift codes, but receiving them took 10 days and required constant follow-ups. Although I eventually received the codes, the process was unnecessarily difficult. An online store should not operate this slowly. This experience suggests either serious negligence or potentially deceptive practices.
