Doesnt seem to be an active company. No activation yet. Avoid.

Completely unprofessional, an email was sent asking if they're active as I've read some reviews here of them not replying, I was ready to activate my account, they never replied 3+ weeks later.

These aren't the type of people you want to trust with the distribution side of your business clearly.

I wired money to activate my account and buy some codes (550 Euros) 6 weeks ago. I made sure I followed the exact instructions they gave but my account is still not topped up and I haven't heard from their support after several emails. Very bad experience. Probably a scam. Note that even though they say below that this has been forwarded to their CFO, nothing has been done. AVOID AT ALL COST. I will keep updating this if I have an update.

Hello, iam waiting for my account to activate 3 days and no responde from you. Please help asap

I sent my request to activate my account more than five months ago and still haven’t received any real response. The support quality is very poor — the only reply I ever got was an automated message stating their working hours.

I followed up multiple times over the past months, but nothing changed and my account is still not activated. There is no clear communication, no explanation, and no actual support. This experience has been very frustrating and unprofessional.

For a company operating at a wholesale level, this is unacceptable. They seriously need to invest more in their customer support, because this level of service does not reflect a professional or trustworthy business.

that's absolute trash, i keep contacting their support thousands of time and no response. waste of time and efforts

Not recommended for small businesses. They completely ignored my emails and seem like they don't have any interest in supporting smaller businesses. After all, I have found another provider that actually does not care about the business size.

A professional company with a dedicated staff always available to its partners. You are doing a great job!

I have register for half of year still not active my account yet. this site is gone?

They do not provide any codes, nor support paypal or bankwire, instead use bitpay.. Shady only

Our experience of the last 6 years with this company:

When there is a problem, you have the problem...

1. Example:
We bought over 1000 codes in bulk from them, based on personal negotiation after we met them on Gamescom. We agreed on 1 year guarantee, that the codes will work.
After some month the codes began to be already used, we showed the support the proof of our agreement, but they said:
- The worker who made the agreement does not work with them anymore, so they dont care!
- We should learn from this, to not stock codes! How unbelievable is that, breaking our agreement.
(obviously they know they have invalid/stolen codes in their system)!
The key account said, they suggested us to refund, but the support has the final decision?! We had many hundreds of euro damage to carry, because of their broken agreement...

2nd example:
We buy through the web checkout, because we do not want to connect our system via API to a company that is so badly treating it's key customers and such buggy site (we thought they improve over the years, but they didn't).
When you click "checkout", the product's price can have changed, but you are not asked to reconfirm the new price! It will simply charge you with the higher price without your consent!
The support told us, how to avoid this bug in future, but they refuse to compensate us for the unagreed charging! They say, we already downloaded the codes, and we should use API, where this bug is not happening. Also, we are the only customer with this problem (so what?!).

I give 2 stars, because the pricing is mostly competitive and they also have stock for rare games.

If you only rarely need small amounts of codes, that your can't source elsewhere, we can recommend the company for that.

But if you want to have a reliable business partner to grow with over the years, your should look for alternatives. Do not risk big amounts with them and calculate in losses trough used codes and bugs, that they will not take responsibility for.

To end this review, we argued with above content to the customer support (Junior Customer support). They refused to escalte this issue to a supervisior or current key account manager. Now they ignore us.

Very good website, a vast range of keys for games and very professional and helpful custmer suppprt. I'll be keep using it and fully recommend to others.

If there was an issue, then they solve it very fast. Very responsive team, fast purchase and good codes. Highly recommend for PC and Xbox games.
