My $500+++ orders have not arrived to date. Any communication have been ignored without response. It is hard to lose such amount of money but I guess lesson learnt.

The size chart that is displayed on their website is misleading. Large is more like a small. Product came from a California location but for you to do a exchange you have to pay to ship to China its about $40-$50 dollars ..Not the best customer service I would stay away from this company.

They are NOT %100 cotton. Like at all. After waiting over 3 weeks to get my underwear order I could tell right away by the feel they were not cotton. Then I gave it the burn test to know for sure. Melted and smelled like burnt plastic. Cheep garbage I paid $50 for. Do NOT order

I ordered them and I absolutely regret it. They say 100% cotton, but it turned out to be a plastic garbage (mostly elastane).

Don't be fooled by the name. The package came from China 3-4 weeks after the purchase.

In general stay away from newly created brands that heavily advertise on social media (Facebook Instagram).

I was disappointed with this purchase. When the order arrived, the sizing was clearly not what I expected, and the material quality felt much lower than advertised. I decided not to open or use the products.

The biggest issue was the return process. Although the items were unused and in their original packaging, I was instructed to return them to China at my own expense using tracked shipping. The cost of international shipping is so high that it makes returning the products economically impractical.

Before ordering, be aware that while returns may technically be accepted, they require expensive international shipping paid by the customer. I would not have purchased from this company had I known that the return process effectively makes refunds inaccessible for many customers.

Took for ever to come then nothing like advertised I got no tin nothing on bottle to say makers mark and a plastic red and white plug for top. No gold bottom a load of rubbish and true false advertising. No family company at all. Total rip offs so disappointing. Do not waste your money if I’m not refunded I’m going to consumer affairs

I bought the underwear I should have known better undersized drop shipped straight from China took a long time to get here will never buy anything like this agin absolute disappointment

Doh, I've fallen for another online scammer! Balvetti.com's website listed the underwear as "100% Organic Cotton" ... and I've just received my order; they are 100% polyester.

Furthermore, the pack of 6 x mixed colours are not even the 6 x mixed colours that I ordered.

I highly doubt I will get anywhere trying to get my money back from Balvetti.com.

What I have now learnt is: ALWAYS google and check TrustPilot.com for product reviews, BEFORE buying from ANY online store these days. Scammers are now prolific on the internet!

So, DO NOT BUY from Balvetti.com!

Obviously scamming - I asked three times for a delivery date and was simply fobbed off with the promise that they would pass it on to the ‘delivery department’, only to receive no further response. Don’t trust these people – they’re definitely scammers.

This is a scam. I received package after a month. Material was not as advertised and way too small. Very difficult to return. POS and a scam.

This company is a total scam .
I order 4 underwear for $8.65.
They changed my credit card $49 .
Coming from China two month and nothing yet!
Chinese total scam !!

This website needs to be shut down. It’s a scam. They will take your money and will NOT deliver your order. Do yourself a favor and don’t order from this website

Sizes were too small/short, material was advertised ti be cotton but when the underwear arrived, it certainly wasn't. Felt like polyester. No tags, no labels, no proof of anything
Return shipping is not free, had to pay for shipping and tracking, waste of my money

The products are Cheap No-Brand China Dropships.

Order took 6 weeks (instead on 1-2) to arrive. I got no real response or meaningful information on why my order will arrive by Support Mail.

Das ist billigster China-Schrott. Ich habe mir ein paar Unterhosen bestellt und bin einfach nur entsetzt über die Qualität. Und dazu noch ewige Lieferzeiten. Fazit: Finger weg!

This is a horrible drop shipping company with zero support. They suddenly stop answering emails. It is a total scam. I demand immediate REFUND - Order #41413

Pure scam ordered via FB and they disappeared

Buyer beware! Their size chart is completely inaccurate. What’s worse is after I reached out for help with a return for replacement or refund they have completely ghosted me and have not offered to stand behind their product.

Decent product but it does not fit anywhere close to any other brand that I’ve recently purchased. Poor sizing guidance and even worse customer service/quality assurance. Go elsewhere or roll the dice is all I can offer to anyone thinking of ordering from this company.

The package I ordered never arrived. The company has been giving me the same response for over a month, zero action, zero information.

Missold product, materials information on website was incorrect. When confronted about it refused to refund me.
