J’ai commandé un pack avec raquette, sac, balle et en plus de ça j’ai ajouter un autre article que j’ai payé mais qui n’était pas dans mon colis. Apres les avoir relancé plusieurs fois ils me répondent que d’après leur logistic il aurait dû être dedans sans me proposer ni de me rembourser ni de me le renvoyer.
J’avais déjà vu qu’ils avaient que des mauvais avis… je déconseille à tout le monde d’acheter chez eux.

I wish I had of read the reviews before purchasing, because I would have realised that everyone else seems to have the same experience. It was the worst shopping experience I have ever experienced. I ordered a racket with them because of the fast delivery. 3 weeks later and I have no racket or a refund. I’m told it will be another week of processing and then 2 weeks after that before their accounts team reviews it.

I was lead along by the “customer service” team and told it would be resolved for weeks. Which resulted in money wasted on rental rackets when I could have went elsewhere and saved myself the time only if I didn’t believe the lies.

I would avoid at all costs and happily pay a higher price elsewhere just to avoid this company. Save yourself the hassle, it’s all they offer.

The worst service I have gotten from ANY online store, not just padel related. Ordered a racket and some grips around 4 weeks ago. Delivery is stated as 4-6 business days. The funny thing is that the package has been staying in the final parcel centre for 3 out of those 4 weeks. I have been in constant contact with bandeja-shop.com’s apparent customer support and they keep sending me the same message with slight changes. They haven’t given ne any clarity they just repeat that it is a long process to get information about the package. My conclusion is that they are completely incompetent and cannot solve a simple issue. They have no phone number to contact to make me feel heard. Just a chat where they send the same thing over and over again. I would suggest just go to another site instead of shopping there, no need to risk this happening. (My package is still not delivered with no reassurance from the site if it will be anytime soon)

Leur site nous parle d'un "retour sans stress", pourtant:
Retour effectué le 21/08/25 via Mondial Relay, colis reçu le 26/08 par Mondial Relay puis le 04/09 par le destinataire. Après plusieurs relances, on me dit de patienter.. Et pas de nouvelle, pas de suivi. Nous sommes le 13/09
Je ne trouve pas respectueux ni professionnel ce temps d'attente pour un remboursement et cette façon de faire.. Surtout lorsqu'on affiche ce genre de communication sur son site.
Je vais entamer des démarches désormais malheureusement..
Pour info donc aux consommateurs.
