I purchased the Sheila Bandolier mostly for style. I also attached the pouch to carry excess cards and lipstick. The chain is so beyond uncomfortable digging into your neck leaving red marks. It also gets tangled up in between the pouch making it a pain. This happens most days. You cannot carry this for long day/nights out or for travel as what I use it for. The most uncomfortable strap ever!!

In response to your reply from you was that you accept returns but I purchased this in a June so I’m way past return options but considering throwing this on the trash because it honestly hurts to carry my phone. The only saving grace is that winter is coming and it goes over my jacket and hood and makes it barely bearable. Will not be using this in the future awful design!! Beware when you add the pouch it is super heavy making the chain dig deeper into your skin! Awful!!

I ordered the Mila Wireless Charging Crossbody Bandolier - Black/Silver - iPhone 13 Pro Max on 10/20. I am pleased to say I received my purchase in TWO DAYS (wow!). It is beautiful, functional, and exactly what I needed. I love that this case fits my phone snugly, yet it is simple to remove my phone from the case should I need to do so. It is also currently sitting on my Apple MagSafe Duo Charger as I am typing this review and my phone is charging PERFECTLY. It is very easy to find the "sweet spot" for charging. Excellent MagSafe connection. My phone charges in the Mila just as well as it charges using my smooth MagSafe case. I love that I can accommodate more cards in this case, too. There is not anything I do not love about this case. If you want an excellent product (beautiful and functional) that you can charge wirelessly, this case is for you!
Side note: Customer service is extremely responsive. I had a few questions and they were answered promptly.

I had a small defect in my bandolier case. I took a picture and email it to th company. They shipped out a replacement in less than 24 hours! No hassles, no problems, just quick service!
I get many compliments on my Bandolier cases. But the best thing about them is how useful they are!

So I’m 5’7 and I specifically ordered a Billie strap set that supposedly adjusted to 54 inches as I needed that length. They sent me a different strap to the one advertised and in the pictures that only adjusted to 47 inches. This was way to short and looked ridiculous. I explained to them the problem however they charged me £18 to send the item back to them for their mistake. I have never had a reply from them as to why I had to pay £18 to send back goods that they sent incorrectly. Avoid this company, to be honest the leather was very cheap looking to and I have since purchased a better item from Any Di.

I have been purchasing iPhone cases from the company for years now. They stand behind their products and their customer service is wonderful !
I absolutely love their cases! I can't tell you how many times my crossbody straps have saved me from dropping my iPhone in the North Sea while filming !

LOVE the Hailey Folio Pebble Leather Crossbody cases (previously purchased 2 years ago for iPhone 11Pro and iPhone SE (second generation) - still looks brand new!! Since I am now upgrading to iPhone 12 and iPhone 14 Pro I will only do business with Bandolier for iPhone cases. What I love about the Folio Crossbody case is that it protects the entire iPhone (front to back) with a magnetic clasp. Love the pocket on the case which I can keep my ID and my husband keeps his extra hearing batteries. The crossbody strap that comes with the case gives me hands-free and it prevents the iPhone from accidentally slipping out of my hands. The leather is exceptionally in high quality and it is a very good looking case.

One of the requests I would love to see is the folio crossbody cases could come in other colors (would love the color red) instead of just black.

I once had a nailhead become loose in my Billie strap and it happened just before a holiday weekend I couldn’t fix it so I contacted customer service I don’t know how they did it so quickly but within record time, they sent me a brand new replacement strap and thus saved the weekend for me
I was so grateful and amazed how they prioritized my dilemma
I can’t decide what is more exciting for me - getting a new iPhone upgrade or getting a new Bandolier case I have decided I don’t have to wait to upgrade my phone in order to have a new Bandolier case and matching pouch I love switching my Bandolier pieces according to the seasons or my activities
Not only are they gorgeous to look at, they simply work so well for daily life and the customer service is exemplary

Love these phone cases! I have two and use them every day. High quality and good options. Excellent customer service.

I was sent the wrong size phone holder. I emailed their customer service and responded to their request for a photo proving that the wrong item was sent. They never responded to a follow up email until I threatened to escalate. I received a refund but do not buy anything from this company. They have bad customer service and make a lot of mistakes.

Just ordered the Billie.....Super disappointed. Should have read the 1 star reviews. no place to put your sunglasses or eyeglasses. Easy fix Bandolier, make the pocket with snap longer and the zipper pocket smaller. Then you have a place for your car fob and sunglasses! Love the concept...... clearly Bandolier didn't try their design out for themselves. I have bought other Bandolier products and love them, this one needs some work.

I have purchased a case with crossbody strap in the past and also in addition to that on another occasion bought a wristlet for options . I recently upgraded my phone so I went back to get a new case to be ready and when it arrived. Unfortunately it was not what I purchased style wise so I emailed them about an exchange and what I love is the quick response I received and how they handled it with compassion and assertion .
I will always be a customer because I know they have my back and customer service is on point !! Please take the chance and buy what u want because they will work with you and resolve any issues you may have with speed and love .

Just wanted to shout out how amazing this company is! I have bought bandoliers and wallets and a leather sanitizer holder. I recently got a new bandolier for my phone and the snap broke and I emailed them
