Wow! Bandolier’s customer service is amazing. I made a mistake on my order and they went out of their way to help me. Thank you, Bandolier, for responding to my request for assistance with enthusiasm and kindness!

I ordered a Bandolier Billie as a Christmas gift. I gave the gift early due to need for a trip. It was not needed by the receiver. I purchase the gift on October 24 and inquired about a return of the unused crossbody on December 14. I was told that the return would not be accepted because it was over 30 days. The customer service reply told me that they have the same return policy as Amazon. Not true - because as of today, Amazon’s return date is February 1 to compensate for Christmas gifts. Very disappointed with the policy as well as the price of the crossbody. I paid $184. Not worth the price for the quality of the item. Extremely disappointed.

I've dealt with a number of on line companies this holiday season and many times returns can be challenging. This year I purchased an item from Bandolier that was beautiful but too small for my needs. I returned the items but there was a mixup in crediting my account. I emailed the company on a Sunday not expecting to hear anything. Not only did they reply immediately, they asked several questions about my return. I replied and we resolved the problem immediately. I was so impressed with this company and the ease of doing business with them. And their products are beautifully made, packaged, and delivered quickly. Their customer service is mind blowing. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality leather goods!! Thank you Bandolier staff! Merry Christmas to you all! 🎄

USPS marked my case as delivered but it never came. I wrote to Bandolier explaining the situation. They were so kind in helping me navigate the situation and then ultimately sent me a new case with UPS, a more trusted carrier. A++++ customer service, response time to emails and delivery time - the case came so quickly!

I am so excited to use my case now that I have it, it is very sleek and I like the thick strap that came with the Hailey Side Slot. The gold fixings are also very nice. The wallet pouch is very tight which is good because leather can have more give overtime, but you'd really have to stuff it to really do that to this one. I went back and forth in thinking about purchasing the hand sanitizer pouch or not, but it looks like I'm going to get it after all, as it eliminates the need for a purse and not having items jiggling in your pockets!

Bandolier not only makes great quality, stylish products, they back up that excellence with top notch customer care.
I emailed them and received a prompt and helpful response and when I replied to them, another almost immediate response bank to me and BAM, I am a happy customer who will recommend them to everyone! Thank you Bandolier for setting such high standards for all aspects of your company. It doesn’t go unnoticed.

I’m a first time buyers and I clearly made a mistake at checkout, a mistake that would cost a lot of heartache with my birthday coming up in a few days. I emailed customer service explained my careless mistake and without hesitation it was fixed… I’m a loyal customer! I will be back #loyalAF :)

Shout out to Bandolier for their rock star level of customer service. I am a long time user of their products and love them, but I recently interacted with customer service and I now love them even more. I inadvertently ordered the wrong style & they graciously guided me on return instructions. Unfortunately, I left several personal items in my return & they were able to locate them within several hours, and they are returning them to me. They were kind and patiently handled my inquiry, even though it was my error. That is star quality customer service!!

I’ve purchased about 4 bandoliers as gifts and for myself and I love it! Great quality products and great customer service. I was even able to get my case replaced under the warranty without any hassle and they were very responsive and quick to resolve my issue. I highly recommend Bandoliers, and their many trendy straps.

Great experience purchasing a new iPhone 14 holder, I forgot to put the discount code in and wrote a quick plea via email post purchase. Lo and behold they issued the 10%discount readings without haste. They have a loyal customer now!!

I’m reviewing my first Bandolier purchase: the Billie utility strap in ivory and gold. It is fabulous. Well constructed, beautiful, convenient and sturdy. This strap is what made me first fall in love with Bandolier and it will do the same for you.

I ordered the wrong case, i emailed them later on a Friday night. They emailed me back that evening and my refund was here first thing in the morning! Love the customer service!
