Ne surtout pas acheter sur ce site, que des problèmes dès le départ, panne sur panne, la dernière panne et la direction qui se bloquait les deux roulements étaient complètement HS car de très mauvaise qualité, réponse de banggood les roulements ne sont plus garantis donc il ne rembourse pas ils ne veulent pas rembourser la facture du réparateur qui a dû sortir les roulements complètement endommagé et qui bloquer la direction, de plus les roulements étaient toujours sous garantie car c'est à la réception de la trottinette que la garantie commence, bref de très mauvaise foi, matériels de très mauvaise qualité, 114 € de réparation de ma poche, c'est purement scandaleux !!!!

After providing wrong tracking id of package they started lying that it was sent. They provided another package and according to the DHL, package wasnt sent. They dont want to refund and also they dont want to sent a package.

Wenn es ginge würde ich 0 Stern geben . Habe mir ein 250 a Daly BMS bestell da mein altes mit 150a an sein Limit kommt . BMS funktioniert nicht richtihg ,zeigt Spannung und ander Werte nicht an und es werden auch Einstellungen nicht übernommen. Habe das Teil Reklamiert mit Bilder und Video und allem . Die Reklamation wird immer nach 7 Tagen beendet obwohl es keine Lösung gibt . Es wird einem gesagt das man sich innerhalb von 24 Stunden meldet aber man wartet um sonst . Ich glaube das es ihre Taktik ist um die Leute einfach hin zuhalten bis sie genervt aufgeben.

Habe drei Produkte für die Werkstatt geordert: Alle kamen an. Eines war gut. Eines war ok, aber nicht von guter Qualität. Das Dritte (Zwingen) machten einen guten ersten Eindruck, zeigten aber im Gebrauch schnell ihre mindere Qualität (Stahl hält der Belastung nicht Stand).
Ich schrieb eine Bewertung (drei Sterne mit Photo), die nie veröffentlicht wurde. Die Bewertungen (sowieso schon immer nur mit Vorsicht zu genießen) werden also scheinbar aktiv manipuliert.

Schrecklich ich versuche seid knapp einem Monat mein Packet zurück zu schicken doch ständig muss ich nur auf Antworten warten welche mich dann wieder darauf hinweisen weiter zu warten und in ein bis zwei Tagen nochmal zu fragen wie lange es denn noch dauert.

Sconsiglio assolutamente a tutti di non acquistare qualsiasi cosa tramite Bangood, sono dei veri complici dei truffatori, non ricordandomi di essere stato fregato altre volte da questi, mi sono avventurato ancora una volta ad acquistare un drone per mio nipote, mai l'avessi fatto, mi è stato recapitato dopo svariate avventure, e quando ho aperto il pacco ci ho trovato la sorpresa, il drone non era quello riportato nella locandina con il GPS, da me ordinato, ma un altro tipo UAV, ho scoperto che la dicitura della locandina era furviante, inoltre il motore posteriore sinistro non funzionava, mi sono messo in contato con questi, ebbene, ho chiesto di avere l'indirizzo del venditore, ma nessuna risposta in merito, l'unica risposta è stata che erano dispiaciuto per quanto avvenuto, mi è stato chiesto foto filmati ecc. dicendomi che avrebbero contattato il venditore, qualora non avessi ricevuto nessuna comunicazione o risposta, avrei dovuto sollecitare, nonostante abbia sollecitato svariate volte, nessuna risposta anzi continuano a mandarmi della pubblicità che induce a cancellarmi dal loro sito. ho impegnato anche PayPal per un rimborso, ed il ritiro da parte loro della fregatura," il risultato" non intendono emettere il rimborso e tantomeno fornirti l'etichetta con restituzione a carico loro, come riportato nella loro inserzione, fino a che non ricevono il drone, secondo voi, questi sono seri direi di no, io devo spendere chissà quale cifra, magari oltre il costo del drone, per rispedirlo indietro, senza rimborsarmi la spesa, ebbene forse sarà meglio buttarlo nella spazzatura dato che puzza pure. Quindi fatevene una ragione, nessuno ti regala niente, pur di vendere questi cinesi ti raggirano, come il mio caso, e forte di tanti altri, che non si vogliono far scoprire.

This arrived, charged it as per instructions when fully charged unplugged and tried to turn it in, nothing, didn't work

Plugged it back in and turned it on whilst charging via the USB and it turned on, only heated an area 3 inches square in the middle of the jacket so completely useless

Unplugged it again and it just turned off

Contacted customer support 2 days ago and got no reply at all, I am appalled

Absolutely disgraceful company I have now attempted to order 2 items from this company, 1 never turned up and this is faulty

They have not published my review on their site and have ignored all attempts to contact them

Not based in England, they will take your money and you have no rights to get a refund, scammers

I ordered £300 worth of tools from Banggood. They were sent in several parcels but most of these (5 out of 8 did not arrive. Strangely, they tracked to my address but I never got them
Banggood keeps stalling, responds with standardised messages and is deliberately obtuse.
I consider this behaviour a borderline fraudulent.

Acquistata una stampante 3D che doveva essere spedita il 29 gennaio 2023. sono passati 9 giorni ed hanno continuato a dirmi che era in lavorazione e che mi doveva mandare una mail l' ufficio preposto. Addirittura mi hanno preso in giro chiedendomi di accettare 450 punti come rimborso! Ho chiaramente detto che voglio i soldi e mi hanno nuovamente risposto, il 6 febbraio, di attendere l' email dall' ufficio preposto.
Dopo quasi due settimane mi hanno rimborsato ed ho deciso di riprovare a riacquistare. Arrivo previsto il 28 febbraio. Questo perché ho già ricevuto altri accessori. è arrivata il 21 febbraio.
