Someone In customer service or who replied messages called KAY. Worest service I ever seen in my life with very unfriendly and extremely rude attitudes anyway I had order a smartphone and it comes already off and I took it to repaire men and he confirmed it's faluty by manufactury, I contact bangoods for help and they asked me for video? What the hell I am telling them that I got problem and mobile is not working and they insisting to make video and since I haven t had camera. I kept item for months and when I managed to make video. I sent to them and finally admit it and when I asked for full refund I was given less then half which is unfair. I want at least 70% of refund. This is my story with them ! Very bad guys

Ja det er nok sidste gang jeg skal handle her. Bestilte 4 varer, og fik en bekræftelse, og pengene blev trukket. Men så fik jeg en mail om at det ville vare flere uger før varene kunne sendes. Det er da ikke det man kalder kundevenligt. Trækker penge før man sender varer. Lad være med at handle med dette firma.

I ordered a premium keyboard, worth 100$ with premium and insured shipping. Waited 2 weeks for their fancy 'processing time'... Finally they shipped, but the package was returned from my country because the address was not readable. I kindly asked them to reship the item because i was still interested - not possible. They proposed a refund, but surprise, with deducted shipping of 10USD (although it was listed as free on the invoice). After making a lot of noise and presenting tracking information from my country they finally accepted to refund. Resuming - 100USD blocked for > 1 month, got nothing but lost time and a lot of frustration.

Une commande d'un produit dont le stock était en europe. Produit livré dans de tres court délais et à des prix "chinois".
J'ai été satisfait de cette commande.
Seul point négatif : je reçois des mails publicitaires (3à 4 fois par semaines) malgré mon désabonnement. Du coup j'ai spammé l'adresse de bangood sur ma messagerie.. dommage

I ordered and Item on January 11 and it's February 13 still haven't received anything you can only chat with a robot there is no customer service number to call and they said I can't receive a refund until I received the package which hasn't happened yet I will never order from that site ever again so disappointed

Contacted the cusomer service: they told me that within a day I would receive email with instructions. NO MAIL in one week!
I contacted the customet service after a week: they tell me to wait 3 (THREE) weeks.

Fiz uma compra na Banggood pedido n° 75353615, passou mais do quê do prazo para chegar e até agora nada. Entrei em contato via chat e e-mail mais não tive respostas. Gostaria do estorno do valor da compra, pois não irei passar mais tempo a esperar.

Ordered at the beginning of January and just been told that the item will be delivered in the middle of February,

So although the prices look good there is no mention that the wait is over a month.

Having read the other reviews I realise I made a mistake ordering from them and now worried that I will have import duty to pay.

I managed to make purchases on Banggood only once. Since then, each time I try to access my account, after entering my email and password, some puzzle appears where I have to slide a piece in its place and it simply doesn't work. So I can't even contact them to explain the problem since you need to already be connected to your account to do so.
Anyway, I don't even see the point of this added feature since anybody could do that – provided it works to begin with. If this is intended for making sure it is not a robot trying to log in, I much prefer the letters and numbers code: at least, that works!

Purchased an Oneplus 7T smartphone (order 77523642) on December 2 with shipping scheduled for December 9 but today it has not yet been shipped yet. I have chated meny times without having clear answers, they just send copy and paste messages. The worst part is that they don't know when the goods will be available. The conclusion is that Banggood is a unreliable shop, after a month of waiting the only proposal is to give a refound, but I want the phone I paid for. I advise you to stay away from this site!

Les produits ont beau être intéressants économiquement, le service de livraison laisse à désirer. Ne perdez surtout votre temps à commander sur ce site. Vos commandes ne risquent pas de vous parvenir entières. N'espérez surtout pas une réexpédition, ni un avoir ou un remboursement, car vous n'obtiendrez aucun dédommagement. Si vous commandez cela sera à vos risques ét périls. Aucun dédommagement même avec une assurance colis optionnelle sur le site, ni d'ailleurs avec la (fausse!!!) "protection des acheteurs Paypal". Perte sèche !!!

Comprata autoradio, arriva il pacco già danneggiato esternamente con tanto di display crepato e come se non bastasse all’autoradio non va la parte superiore del touch, cosi come il sistema che non risponde apre e chiude le app in autonomia a nulla servono i reset.
Assistenza finora inutile nonostante avessi pagato assicurazione per danni continuano a dirmi di portare a riparare la radio e mi rimborseranno (preventivo di 140 euro sempre che si trovino i pezzi la radio ne è costata 63 in sconto) che dire

After 2 months they still did not send the item. I ask for the refund taking another month still did not see my refund. tried to contact them, they just promise and promise but did not refund. On my fourth contact, they said the refund was already released to PayPal. However, PayPal did not show any refund from banggood. So I ask them to show me the PayPal transaction ID of the refund. They could not provide the transaction ID of the refund to PayPal. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!

Enviei um email relatando meu problema e já faz mais de 72 horas sem retorno.Comprei o produto em Julho e no momento me deparei com o sus de "Comprovação de Valores"...ou seja, vou pagar multas e taxas (60%) há mais do valor do produto.Passei um email para informar que eu IREI RECUSAR o pedido para deixar a empresa ciente do processo!!! Il peggior MALL mai provato.
Di 3 ordini: 2 annullati per impossibilità ad effettuare la consegna con i loro vettori abituali, mi chiedo come facciano gli altri, 1 partito ma con tracking impossibile (nonostante abbia pagato per la spedizione tracciata).
Prezzi in linea con gli altri MALL ma che risultano più cari per via della necessaria assicurazione sulla mancata consegna, in pratica in caso di spedizione smarrita non se ne farebbero carico.
L'assistenza (con sistemi malamente progettati) invita sempre ad avere pazienza ed aspettare, solo dopo 2 settimane ammettono l'ipotesi di poter annullare l'ordine.

Lately I have written to the assistance because a product ordered for a long time had not arrived and they immediately gave me some information, then the product arrived, I informed them and they thanked me and also gave me 200 BG points for the inconvenience obviously not dependent on them.
