Excelente sitio de compras, algunos detalles en el servicio postal, pero es ajeno a esta pagina, fuera de eso, muy buenos artículos a muy buenos precios.

Brought a Mateminco EDC fidget spinner from banggood.com & discovered some problem on the loose ball bearing adaptor & reported the problem to them.
Initially banggood.com ask me to send a video to prove it, which I did, then they try to come up with excuses that its normal & after numerous corresponding communication with them, they then offer to send me a replacement ball bearing which might not solve the problem & also I don't have the tools to remove the ball bearing. They basically refuse to send me a new ok one for their genuinely faulty one I have receive.
Do take note that those youtube.com review on banggood.com products are generally bias in their benefits rather than consumer benefits to create more sales fro them.
This will be my first & last time buying from banggood.com
They should be rename as bangbad.com

Ich hatte ein schwarzes Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 Global Edition bestellt. Geliefert habe ich ein goldenes bekommen und dann ging der Zirkus los.
Weiterhin bestellte ich eine Schutzhülle dazu, die ebenfalls nicht passte. Ich reklamierte beide Artikel auf der Login Seite dieser Firma. Was dann passierte war der Alptraum. Anstatt mir neue Artikel zu senden, musste ich Fotos, Nummer etc. hinsenden, dann wollten sie mir Punkte gutschreiben, alles nur Taktik. Jetzt endlich soll ich das Handy zurücksenden und 4 Wochen warten( so lange dauern die Lieferungen). Das geht überhaupt nicht. Nie wieder!!!!

Funciona bien y económico. El inconveniente solo puede ser el plazo de entrega. Pero vale la pena. Discrepo de las opiniones que dicen que no te devuelven el dinero. Me han devuelto el dinero siempre que lo he solicitado.

Habe bis jetzt 6 Bestelleungen gemacht mit 8 - 15 Artikel und habe alle bekommen! Die Artikel befinden sich in sehr gutem Zustand und Qualität dem man immer den Preis gegenüber Stellt. Keine Versandgebühr und Wartezeit die mir gar nicht so lange vorkommen da einige Sachen schon nach 1 Woche Ankommen. Bei einigen Dingen wie Chromleisten ist der Peis der Oberhammer gegen die Preise bei uns auch andere Sachen die sogar bei A... Extrem Teuer sind und Versandkosten nach Österreich bis zu
€ 15,- Ausmachen. Da Lohnt sich dass Warten! Bin sehr zu Frieden auch mit dem Service wenn ich eine Anfrage gestellt habe kommen die Antworten in Verständlichem DEUTSCH Spätestens nach 24 Stunden.

I have been happy that any items that I did not receive or received faulty have been replaced or refunded by Banggood.

I have many orders on Banggood and i am very satisfied with the products bought from this store. The items are just like on the site description, the processing time and delivery is fast. The most i appreciate theirs customer service. They are polite and responsiv. My last order ( a smartphone) didn't arrive in time and they offer me full refund​ or resending the order. I can recommend this store to everyone.

They do not understand the products they sell. They make up stupid excuses for products which are not fit for purpose rather than passing comments on to their suppliers and demanding a proper response.
In most cases the correct response should be to remove the product from sale then fix the design faults before offering the item for sale again.
Examples of bad products are the Prototype HAT and the LiIon battery HAT for the Raspberry Pi.

Full refund. I didn't received my milling bits. Banggood provided a full refund without any hassle.

I am using banggood since last 3 years. Fully satisfied. Usually shop for electronic items and 3D printer parts.

I really hope this review will help some other one because got a terrible customer support this time.
An ordered item was showing that refund was applicable but it didn't work and when I asked for explanations then, was told by customer support that order was already shipped.
But, again, showed status was still "ready to process" and the "apply refund" option was available then, it is not my fault if system was showing wrong info and considering this, my request of refund was more than, legitimate.
Banggod didn't give me back any money and am getting an item that I was still in time to refuse (by showed banggood system info/status).

I have a several problems with banggod. Orders incomplete, poor package.

For me poor customer service.

I made an order for a very small item in Dec. 2016 on banggood.com and then along the way the item took longer (than usual) in arriving.
I contacted the customer care but soon it was clear the item was either lost-in-transit or, delivered at another location(or country). they asked me to exercise patience promising a replacement if the item did not arrive after their promised 'patience' period.

True to their word, they delivered the replacement March 1st 2017.
to me the item looked small/negligible, but good to see they actually delivered on their promise.

I am an "oldtimer" customer of Banggood with over 70 orders on my account over the years. They have a huge selection of various goods from clothing to electronics or random things. The items I bought were up to the description, they answer questions and when I ran into problems I was helped, provided spare parts, or even a refund if there was no other way to fix the problem. The shipping is fair (I always try to get tracking which has a cost but in turn I know where my parcel is), so far over the years there were maybe one or two lost shipments for which I was compensated for. I recommend Bangood.

Arrived defective and is unsafe to fly (ie randomly takes off at high speed until it hits something, in one case my throat). Contacted Banggod customer service, but I need to supply a video. I suppose I need to tape a camera to my forehead and record the quad and my hands so they can see I'm not doing it. I listed 6 things wrong and was able to provide a video of one (1) of them. Not good enough for a refund or replacement. In the end I will be contacting both PayPal and my credit card company for a refund.
Bottom line, it is arrives and works, great. If it doesn't, that's when you will find out what dealing with a company in China means. IMO, I should have paid the few extra bucks and bought from a reliable company.

I had a trouble with a tablet after 8 months using it. i was talking with banggood’s customer service and they helped to me to repair it under warranty. For my experience it’s a good company and I’m sure I’m going to trust them when I’ll buy something from China.
