think twice about linking your payment to this company/ website.

I cannot get a hold of anyone to help me. They charge for credits left and right. I do not recommend this software at all! I have to admit that it’s been fairly accurate pulling data from a bank statement, however, the instructions are limited. It also doesn’t recognize if a file has already been uploaded and converted, so duplicating the process is very easy to do, wasting credits along the way. I’m also pretty sure they charge credits to upload the documents as well as convert. The customer service is atrocious. I’ve tried reaching out through the chat box, only to get a response that they would reach out through email… It’s been over 24 hours since my initial contact with no response. I then looked at the notification at the top of the chat and saw it the last time they logged in was Monday… It’s Wednesday. For $30 and 400 credits, use someone else.

Have used this for a while for some documents to make my life easier.

I forgot to cancel the subscription but when I contacted them they were kind enough to refund me without any hassle at all <3 thanks for the speedy and perfect service!
