Had a suspicious charge pop up on an online store late at night. Froze the virtual card directly from the notification prompt within seconds. Generating a fresh virtual card took two taps. Zero hassle.
I have been testing out two different spacesFlex Saver (8.4%) Great for my short-term holiday fund. I like that I can withdraw instantly without losing accrued monthly payouts. Fixed Saver (10.8%)Locked €10k for a year. The fixed rate guarantee gives peace of mind given how volatile interest rates are elsewhere right now.Pros Clear separation of goals high interest rates compared to traditional high street banks. Cons App navigation can take a few days to get used to if you are coming from a legacy bank.
Used BankWells while moving between London and Berlin last month. Having visible multi currency spaces made keeping track of spending super clear. Did not get hit with surprising FX markups either.
Moved €5k into the Smart Saver plan for the 9.6% monthly yield. The 6 month lock in period is a fair trade off for that return though I recommend keeping emergency funds in the Flex Saver instead. The auto top up rules make passive saving pretty low friction.

Needed a secondary account to keep spending separate from my main bills. The instant virtual card feature was active right after signup so I was able to buy my train ticket before the physical card even arrived in the post. Clean app interface so far.

Biometric authorization for transfers over a certain amount adds an extra layer of comfort. App feels secure without being clunky.

The 13.2% yield on Premium Saver sounded almost too high at first glance, but it requires a 24-month lock and €50k minimum, which makes financial sense for long-term structured funds. Great option if you have capital to park, but make sure you don't need liquidity for those two years.
