Overpromised, Underdelivered, and Took My Money Anyway
Do not buy from this company. Absolute disaster from start to finish.
I placed an order for 7 items on March 4 and specifically confirmed with customer service that everything would arrive on time. I was clearly told it would be delivered by March 19. I approved all artwork by March 5, so there was zero delay on my end.
Then on March 13, they suddenly called to say the delivery would be pushed to March 27, which is completely useless since my tradeshow is before that. After pushing back, I was told I could upgrade to priority shipping and receive everything by March 20. I paid an additional $700 for that upgrade.
Today is March 16, and now theyâre telling me it will STILL arrive on March 27. So what exactly did I pay $700 for?
To make things worse, Iâve had to call them five separate times just to get updates, and every time I get a different answer. At one point, I was even told the order was put on hold again, even though it should have shipped days ago.
This company is disorganized, unreliable, and completely lacks accountability. They overpromise, underdeliver, and then charge you extra for services they donât even fulfill.
Avoid at all costs if you care about timelines or actually receiving your order when promised.

Will NEVER order from BannerBuzz again
I ordered a perforated window sign from BannerBuzz for my business opening. While the print quality itself was acceptable, the material quality was extremely disappointing.
During normal and careful installation, the vinyl tore almost immediately when removing it from its backing â a basic and standard step in the installation process. I have ordered similar perforated window graphics from other suppliers before and have never experienced this issue. The material felt unusually thin and fragile.
When I contacted customer service, they explained that this type of tearing is considered ânormalâ due to the material specifications and declined to replace the item unless I paid 70% of the cost for a reshipment. I was not willing to pay again for a product that failed under normal use.
I initially chose BannerBuzz hoping to build a long-term relationship and place recurring larger orders if satisfied with the quality. Unfortunately, both the product durability and the proposed resolution did not meet my expectations.

Unexpected Issues with the Bag Purchase
I received the roll up banner stand I ordered, and overall I'm satisfiedâexcept for one thing. I had separately ordered a bag that was supposed to have a leather-like feel, but the smell was so unpleasantâalmost like fertilizerâthat I ended up throwing it away. Also, I didnât know that a fabric bag comes included. It wasnât clearly stated during the ordering process, so I bought an extra bag separately. If I had known, I wouldnât have purchased the additional one.

Don't buy their Inflatable Tube Man ...very poor quality
We purchased a Inflatable Tube Man for advertising our small store. In less than a year it has shredded. This product was not used in the winter or on poor weather days ;therefore, in total it was used less than the 6 month allotted. When I reached out we were informed our warranty was up and they were not prepared to do any level of follow up. Use a different company. The product is defective.
