I can only speak from my own experience, but I had a pretty frustrating one with them.
I ordered a high-value item and also paid for additional shipping insurance. The package was marked as delivered to an unsecured place, and they provided a delivery photo â but it was left unattended with no signature, and I never received it.
I contacted them right away and was told the case would be escalated to their management team and that they would get back to me with a solution. After that, there was no follow-up.
I waited and followed up multiple times over more than 2 weeks, but no resolution was ever provided. Eventually I had to file a chargeback.
At that point, they told me they would only assist if I cancelled the chargeback â but without offering any proposed solution.
I was also told the shipping insurance I purchased only covers loss âin transitâ and doesnât apply once the package is marked as delivered, even if itâs left unsecured. That wasnât clearly explained when I checked out.
So just something to be aware of â especially if youâre ordering something expensive.
