good quality handsets for the price, sets easy to use good battery life

It's a very complex radio slightly difficult to use but it covers every topic I wanted to do with a handheld radio

Purchased a radio with programming cable.
Unfortunately the incorrect cable was supplied. I contacted Baofeng and they said they would supply the correct cable and to return the incorrect one.
They gave me a tracking code which was a used code for something posted to Birmingham last May.
The cable never arrived. I bought one from Ali Express which arrived very quickly.

A few weeks later the radio developed a fault. I'll use the internal workings for a future project and never buy from here again.

Baofeng's radios are excellent value for money. They have brought the world of radios to a far more accessible price-level generally. Incredible features for the cost.
Items are generally shipped from China for standard shipping, so be aware of the shipping time.
I had need to cancel an order with them recently. It took a negative review on Trustpilot to get the attention of the CS team, but once engaged they've sorted the return and refund very quickly.

Told 2 to 9 came on 9th day great product plus they had sale on so grabbed a bargain

But you should inform your clients about being dropshippers, that was not cool!

Ordered 2x UV9R Pros and accessories. They were late arriving. The site is .co.uk and has a London address, but everything points to being a foreign run site.

When they arrived, they were FCC marked, not UKCA and electrical products sold on the UK market should be. The return and refund took almost 6 weeks to complete, after authorising a chargeback through my credit card.

If they are personal use, up to you whether you accept a non UK conformity, but if you are letitng someone else use one, be careful.

Additional: The compliance certificate you emailed clearly states that all products should be clearly UKCA marked, which they weren’t. Therefore they are not legal for sale in the UK as defined by 4 separate laws.

Everything is good but delivery takes quite a long time, easier to order them from amazon

I have ordered a radio and the money as been taken out my bank but when I go on beofeng account its saying I have no orders

Purchasing easy, delivery quick that’s what your 2 stars are for. The radio was advertised as having AM band, it doesn’t. After 7 seven emails back and forth and sending them a video of the issue they asked me to program the radio via chirp, tried that it won’t read the radio, so they said to update firmware, they sent me a link via google drive but it needs a password, emailed them but no response it’s been a week now and nothing. Last baofeng radio I’ll buy, just purchased a few Tidradios, awesome customer service I’ll stick with them.
