I have bought several products from Barbell Standard, every time I’ve experienced only the best Customer service, their shipping is outstanding. They take the time to make sure your product gets to you in a timely manner and packaged very well.. I ordered 100 pound plates from them… not only do they come in the original box but they are put in another box to ensure that they’re not damaged in shipping, you know how hard it is to ship 100 pound plate without it getting damaged? So once again, their shipping is excellent. Their customer service is top-notch. Their products are absolutely fabulous. I own several sets of collars, a couple barbells. And three pairs of 100 pound plates….. great job. I’ll keep going back to this company. … in fact my next purchase will be a multi grip Swiss bar…Probably ordering it tomorrow.🤣…Excellent products excellent customer service and excellent shipping nothing but the best from Barbell Standard.

so as stated in previous review, I was going to order the multi grip bar the next day… it being the next day , I’ve ordered the bar… as always their fast and efficient shipping, my estimated arrival time will be Saturday , that’s a three day turnaround. Once again, Barbell Standard has came through! fulfilled my purchase and will be delivering my product in a timely manner. And that’s why I will continue to go to Barbell Standard as my go to product line. The customer service is excellent. The product line is great. The pricing is amazing and the shipping…. Well to say the very least ….it’s very fast and very efficient. Thank you, Barbell Standard….. once again, your loyal and humble Customer…ALAWAYS! 🐻

These people are liars and started harrasing me via cell phone and emails, dont buy from them. Be careful , buy from a legit company, they have trained ladies to operate these tactics and games. Be careful , dont give them your card number and information online. Shady business and malpractices above and beyond.

I mostly buy American-made products when it comes to hand tools and weight-lifting equipment. But on certain things like plates, I had to make a concession due to high shipping costs/local unavailability. I bought a set of plates off of Barbell Standard and they were a great deal/value. I don't like budget equipment and these are solid. Weight tolerances were within spec and the plates themselves were nice. Those shipped fast. Another item was delayed -- I had to contact customer service -- but it shipped a few days later.

Overall, very happy with the product and on imported stuff, these guys are currently in the lead.

We recently ordered 70lb loadable dumbbells from Barbell Standard. Instead of getting what we ordered, we received 4x10lb weight plates, and very randomly, 2x30lb dumbbells.
The customer service we received was great! They sent the rest of our original order right away, and even let us keep the 30lb dumbbells, so as to not inconvenience us in having to ship them back.
As for the quality, you can tell the weight plates and dumbbells are super high quality. They feel super durable, but they still have that sleek, clean aesthetic I was looking for. Overall great experience with this company!

Ordered two products on 1/1/26: a bench and some plates. Bench arrived with one of the parts scratched. The other product had a delay in shipping and customer support initially dropped the ball.

With some effort, I reached the company owner. Really solid guy who was very personable with me. I was issued a refund that more than made up for the initial issues I had.

THE PRODUCTS
Barbell Standard's (low) pricing for (high) quality products make it the best overall value in the home fitness industry. I had a hiccup in order fulfillment, but they made it right. I'll be back as a repeat customer in the future :)

The equipment is top quality, the prices are very reasonable and the delivery was quick. Every item is always carefully package ,no damage at all upon arrival.

Awesome Product!

Product is fine. One product (bench) arrived with cushion damaged. Over several conversations, BBS demonstrated that they do care about customer service. Not perfect, but a good experience.

They sent me defective bench. It’s been a month and I still have not received a refund. They asked me to send pictures and even a video of me bench pressing to prove the defect effects the performance

I had a great experience with Barbell Standard. I ordered a 90 lb set of cast iron plates. Their New Year's Sale price was excellent and I received a further 10% off for being a first-time customer. The plates arrived by FedEx within three business days (would probably have been sooner, but there was a snow storm delay). A series of emails from Barbell Standard kept me informed as to the status of the shipment. The plates arrived in excellent shape and are beautiful with raised lettering and silver highlights. The plates all weigh within 1% of their stated values. FedEx roughed up the packaging a bit on one of the two boxes, Despite that, the plates were unblemished. I plan to order from Barbell Standard again.

Very high quality barbell at a very good price. Whenever I've had questions about any of their products their support folks have always been very quick to respond and always super friendly. I've now bought plates, plate/barbell storage, and now a barbell. I'm very pleased

The weights, hex bar and storage rack are high quality, received them quickly and they were packed well.

Fast Delivery. packed well, proper weight and gear for less. what more can you ask for?
