We’re genuinely sorry for this experience and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

After reviewing the situation internally, we acknowledge that the additional $12 shipping charge should not have been passed on to you. This was an internal handling error, and we failed to properly consider your long-standing support and purchase history with us. That’s on us.

The matter has since been escalated to management, and the $12 fee has been fully refunded. We’ve also taken steps internally to address this gap in our process to ensure similar situations are handled more appropriately moving forward.

While we regret that it reached this point, we do appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve. We value every customer and are committed to doing better.
