​I cannot thank the team at Barcan+Kirby enough for their support during my recent sale and purchase. Moving house is stressful enough, but we encountered a significant number of legal hurdles that could have easily derailed everything.
​Sally Stainton and Jack were absolute powerhouses. They navigated through every legal issue with total professionalism and expertise, ensuring our interests were protected at every turn. A huge thank you also to Naomi and Shannon, who were fantastic—always keeping us updated and ensuring the administrative side of things ran like clockwork.
​If you want a firm that is proactive, communicative, and capable of solving real problems, look no further. Highly recommended!

Tried to get a quote from your Thornbury branch on 2 separate occasions,left my details with the receptionist and was told I would receive a call back with a quote,never happened

We were delighted the personal approached backed with a professional Team, enabling us to transact with no hitches and the ability to complete on time, We were kept up to date on each stage, you would be forgiven in thinking that we were their only client, Marvellous and I would highly recommend.

Did not listen to how we wanted the pace of the house sell to go.
They were more guided by the company who was selling the house. Which resulted in them doing work they were not asked to do yet by their client.
Did challenge having to pay £1200 + for a house we didn’t buy but didn’t make a difference because it’s all tied up in legal terms and conditions. We just didn’t want to pay for work we didn’t ask for. Unfortunately money grabbing like most.

I have used Barcan and Kirby for many years on a number of house sales and purchases and found them to be efficient and good value for money.
