Lovely helpful team.
My sister and I worked with, Hannah, Laura & Robyn from the Bristol branch. All 3 went above and beyond, they were all helpful and communicated great with us through our house buying process. They made what could have been a super stressful time easier. They made sure the process was smooth for us. When we were confused they welcomed us to their office and helped us in person which we really appreciated. Thank you to the Barcan and Kirby team for all your help.

Dreadful company. Poor communication throughout. Be warned…they have a mandatory policy of waiting 10 months after the order of probate has been issued to release the inheritance to beneficiaries. This applies even when a will has been made out and probate granted. This resulted eventually in receiving my property 12 months after probate!! I wasn’t even allowed to go into the property or garden after probate to upgrade the property. Completely inflexible and arrogant approach throughout. During that extended period applied by them, I was liable for the running costs of the property.

We used Barcan+Kirby's Conveyancing team for our sale and purchase, and also for the purchase of our freehold, and Laura Roberts, Robyn Eamer and Hannah Barrett were amazing. They handled a very drawn-out and stressful experience with ease. The team was friendly, communicative and 'on it'. Thank you so much for all your help!

We were delighted the personal approached backed with a professional Team, enabling us to transact with no hitches and the ability to complete on time, We were kept up to date on each stage, you would be forgiven in thinking that we were their only client, Marvellous and I would highly recommend.

Did not listen to how we wanted the pace of the house sell to go.
They were more guided by the company who was selling the house. Which resulted in them doing work they were not asked to do yet by their client.
Did challenge having to pay £1200 + for a house we didn’t buy but didn’t make a difference because it’s all tied up in legal terms and conditions. We just didn’t want to pay for work we didn’t ask for. Unfortunately money grabbing like most.
