Eunice was absolutely excellent, she went above and beyond to help us pick our wedding bands and gave us great customer service. 10/10

Eunice talked me through wedding bands for men and was excellent. Friendly, warm and professional.

From the minute we walked in the door we felt cared for and very special. We were offered Prosecco and beer with oodles of time and consideration being spent on what I was looking for (which by the way wasn’t easy!). A truly exceptional service. George, Keavy and Rebecca were friendly chatty and made us feel at ease and helped us hugely to buy several pairs of earrings which I absolutely adore.

Pauline was a fantastic help when I was picking out my new engagement ring, nothing was too much trouble on each visit. Would definitely come back to this store and ask for Pauline. 5 stars

Eunice, who assisted me primarily, was delightful and personable, making our interactions enjoyable and relaxed. It was refreshing to have friendly conversation rather than focusing solely on the ring.

Helen, the manager, was also extremely helpful and kind. She made a great impression and clearly embodies the values of the brand.

Overall, the experience was outstanding, and I felt well-cared for throughout the process.

I have been using Barclays for over 10 years and the service my family and I get is exceptional. The staff are so friendly and even when we are just passing the shop the always stop and say hi. I cannot recommend this jewellers enough and it’s always my first port of call for anything o need.
