Lovely polite staff who were extremely helpful

Helen and Lara were so knowledgeable and helpful when we went in the buy a replacement enggement ring. They went out of their way to make sure that the new engement ring that we were buying was the perfect one and fitted perfectly even offering to let me wear the ring about for a couple of hours to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. We shop in Barclays Livingston frequently as the service and friendliness of the staff is second to none. We will definitely shop again.

Helen and the team always make us feel welcome and give great advice when we visit ‘the family jewellers’.
It is surprising - but very much appreciated- that we get such a personalised service at a chain outlet.

Meant to post this a few weeks ago..another great service from Helen and the team. Even went that extra mile and a member of staff drove to Edinburgh to pick up the watch my husband wanted to buy because they never had it in Livingston store. Great friendly service, definately the only jewellers we would use in The Centre.

Excellent customer service

I was here last year to purchase an engagement ring for my now fiancé.
The whole experience was made very enjoyable for myself and my mother who came along, the staff added little bottles of prosecco in the bag which was a nice touch. The ring also needed a size adjustment and I recently needed replacement paperwork as I had misplaced it. Anything that I have needed has been absolutely seemless and handled excellently by the staff. Everyone in the store at Livingston is an absolute credit to the company and lovely to deal with.

I was in Glasgow looking to get my watch cleaned up. I had visited other shops and they would only offer a full service.

I walked into Barclays and instantly they were very helpful in getting my watch cleaned up. Very friendly staff and excellent service. I will be using them when I’m next looking to purchase any jewellery or watches

I came into Barclays Diamonds in Livingston centre last week to buy an engagement Ring for My Girlfriend and Lara and Helen were absolutely fantastic.They made me feel relaxed and comfortable , sat me down and made me a nice cup of Tea.
They both took the time and were very patient with me while I took my time deciding which type of ring I wanted to
purchase.They definitely helped me make the right choice and I am delighted with my purchase and my Girlfriend was over the moon.
A couple of days later we came back in for a refitting and they went the extra mile to get the size changed within the time frame we were both hoping for
The best customer service from both Lara and Helen and I would recommend going to the Livingston store if you want a ring in the future and speaking with them.

Was shopping for my wedding ring today was just looking in the window when Eunice and her manager started to have laugh with us we went into the shop both ladies went above and beyond showing us all different rings the manager trying them on we went outside the shop to see the ring in daylight and decided I had found the perfect ring. The staff were all lovely and Eunice was amazing!! Would highly recommend shopping was a wonderful experience!!

The team was a bad influence, everytime my wife visit this shop she always buy something! Be aware when visiting this shop they have great professional in there, don’t let your wife alone!!!
